there have been several threads with the same discussion, check the previous thread about the highest ETH transaction fees
in the normal setting of transaction costs only 20 gwei but how much gwei is installed on the transaction, is it the fastest record transaction in history?

That should be the human error and that guy was insrting incorrect number. That's the old case already happened. The only important thing to remember if we must try to do double check to the gas fees before try to send any amount.

All of them has one thing in common which is the sender address is 0x587ecf600d304f831201c30ea0845118dd57516e

It was a mistake by the sender i think he took the gas meter to extreme and costed himself badly that is why one should not keep so much eth in one account if you have large sum of eth or other coins store them on atleast 2 3 wallets to reduce risks.

This news is already pretty old. Like a pizza for 10,000 bitcoins. People sometimes make mistakes. However, I do not think that someone could send such a transaction. I think this is the work of the scammers. Who did something with computer software.
the guy who bought pizzas with bitcoin didn't make a mistake! he put out an offer to buy a couple pizzas with bitcoin which was at that time worth less than 1 dollar (i don't remember how much) so the cost was 10k bitcoins.
this on the other hand is a clear mistake which was discussed multiple times in this board by the way! the person responsible was probably using a bad wallet or a modified script.
