Reward calculation
The participant receives a certain number of stacks for each task performed depending on the number of users of his channel.
300-1000 followers - 10 stacks.
1000-3000 followers - 20 stacks.
3000+ followers - 30 stacks.
The number of followers is counted only at the moment of registration of the participant for the round.
The cost of one stack in GIC is calculated by the formula:
A = B / C, where
A is the budget of the round
B - number of participants
C - number of stacks of all participants
The cost of one stack is calculated at the beginning of the round to determine the average value and at the end of the round on the fact of the performed tasks for the payment.

Because of the low involvement of participants in the bounty, we introduce a new rule - if less than 50% of participants send the correct reports, then the budget for the round is reduced by 50%. If reports send more than 50% of participants, then the budget for the round does not decrease.
