No one can stop the growth of cryptocurrency, although it is not perfect for many scams now, but it shows that his future is more dazzling. These big companies don't want to lose support from cryptocurrency users.

I see not only Facebook even with Twitter, I also see that they also allow display ads related to cryptocurrency, although previously they announced that would ban such ads.

the point is if the ICO that has no capital is unable to play advertisements on Facebook, then Facebook will be banned.
It might be more appropriate to want to save the Facebook community from ICO Scammers and the end of the day Facebook gained loyalty from the community and money from paid ICOs (advertisements).

The social network has tweaked its financial product scam ban, now allowing ads that promote cryptocurrency and related content from pre-approved advertisers only.

I think it's not a bad thing. It used to provide information more focused on the various projects compared to the simple sale of tokens during the ICO. What do you think about it?

We finally see the news which moves our world closer to the day when cryptocurrency becomes the mass means of economy. Legislative regulation will help to break the boundaries and get rid of fraud!

Facebook doesn't want to keep itself away from the lucrative profit of crypto market while it also has a policy to minimize scams and spams from the site. Filtering ICOs and coins is one of the first work by private sector to regulate cryptocurrencies.

the idea of Facebook placing bans on  ICOs that have not been approved is not out of the picture when it comes to supporting and encouraging investors to buy into the  blockchain technology. if a fresh and first time investor comes into the blockchain technology for the first time and gets deceived by an ad from the popular Social media site int the world, it will not be a good one.

I think they are just saving their reputation because there were a lot of ICO Scams that used Facebook Advertisements to lure unsuspecting victims. I believe that people assume when it is advertised on Facebook Ads and Google Ads then it must be legitimate so totally not banning crypto advertisements is good as long as they are good enough with filtering such ads.

Facebook holds the ICO ban, but allows "approved" cryptocurrency ads. I personally think this is a good thing.
Banding of crypto adds by Facebook is not a good idea.... There is nothing you can do about scam they are everywhere stopping advertisements of crypto in Facebook will drop crypto assets a little so I don't support that.

Well there is something they can do, and they are doing it by restricting projects that can advertise through facebook.
I can't blame them with all the scams around.

Facebook holds the ICO ban, but allows "approved" cryptocurrency ads. I personally think this is a good thing. On the one hand, it shows that the development of blockchain technology is getting better and better, and more and more institutions and enterprises recognize it. And began to apply, which promoted the development of blockchain technology, but also led to the development of the cryptocurrency market.
