nothing new, the whole internet itself isn't anonymous, facebook google chrome, youtube, they are olding data, they just need your ip, to know who you are with a small research...and bitcoin isn't changing this too much, until they will implement a truly anon protocol at least...monero is on the right track for example
All the Social media and Search engines based in the USA are gold mines for the NSA. Nothing you type there are secret. 
If you are a Ripple owner, you have already linked your Facebook identity to the coins you have... so you stuffed. If you want to link Social media with BTC, use seperate Bitcoin addresses, with no transactions to your other addresses. {This will give you some financial privacy, from simple auditing and tracking}

The only keys it logs is what you type in your status updates or any Facebook control input, if you hover over a like butten, it will surely be recorded. They will eventualy throw it in your face one day:
"Here is an add based on the fact you once hovered over a like button but hessitated for 0.002 seconds to press then left it, please feed me more of your data!!! ~Love Mark"

Sorry not to be able to find the link again, I think it was on drudgereport.com. anyway the guy was showing that facebook logs everything you type even if you don't send the message. so I believe that if you ever logged your device to facebook, it's unsafe to be used with btc. Wrong?

Anyway thanks for remind me. I think yes unsafe, except just show your Addy, I also often used facebook for write my Addy from my phone to my laptop through message.

Everyone should know that facebook basically owns the data you put on it. It's not a place for privacy, your posting for the world.
That being said storing anything secret or important in a facebook message would be a horrible idea. You could post you public bitcoin address. But private key, and such should never meet facebook.
Its certainly unsafe to write a private key into facebook chat/status update box.
Besides that I dont think facebook is actually installing a key logger onto your system that would allow them to log everything you type.
