Beside changing the name of this popular social media are there other changes in the overall ui that uses should be expecting in the near future!
The video posted above by coupable contains lots of relevant information on what updates should be expected besides the change of the brand name.

It feel a bit strange for Facebook to move from its original name to being called Meta' many users will be confused about this new development and wonder what is happening (especially the non crypto users).
The change affects the brand name and not the individual companies under the brand. Facebook.ink includes WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and these would stay the same, while the brand name of all of them is what changes.

This video provides hints about the new updates ; it goes so far beyond just changing the brand name : Everything Facebook revealed about the Metaverse in 11 minutes
Note that the brand name of the company has changed, and not the app names. Facebook app, like messenger and other apps, still remain with their original names.

Will this make any impact over the cryptomarket in the coming weeks. Already it is clear to see the cryptocurrency network getting followed by large companies. Does this serve to be a base for the same.
Do you really think the facebook update has impacts over the cryptomarket in the near future ? I really don't think so !
If two or more things occur in the same time, this doesn't forcely mean that they are correlated.

The word Meta is greek, which means "beyond". For this it is attributed with, there's is more to build. This is the second name change in its 15 years. It looks like he had got a wider plan. The name change is mentioned as the fundamental change. Also he cited, there is more to be done.

With this announcement, Facebook has basically opened up with its plan of creating a metaverse in the coming future which could be enabled using virtual reality. This would not only change the gaming industry altogether but will change how we do anything over the screen. With the advent of Web 3.0, social networking and Search Engines won't really be a profitable segment anymore, so Facebook has already started to leap towards the upcoming trend of the future and I won't be surprised if Facebook beats Google altogether in coming years, basically Amazon and Facebook could become the top 2 giant online companies.
