What is the minimum? does it have to be an ICO?
$15 or so, doesn't have to be an ICO, you must provide your own art and a small snippet for the post. Also willing to accept tokens or coins from the ICO.

I have 2095 organic Bitcoin followers on FB. Each post usually gets seen by 500 people a day, and I also offer to "boost" the post via FB advertisement, you just have to cover the cost.
