How it all works
Facego provides services of experts in various categories: jurisprudence, accounting, psychology, medicine, business, education, etc. Before registering on the platform, each consultant is tested for proficiency, what protects future customers from substandard services. The further rating of the consultant depends on the quality of work and customer feedback.
The very interaction between customers and consultants is as follows:
1. The customer enters the Facego platform and chooses the category in which he wants to receive a consultation. For example, jurisprudence.
2. From the list that opens, he chooses the consultant he is interested in (in accordance with services, fees, ratings and etc.).
3. He makes arrangements with consultant about the terms of cooperation. For example, about the one hour online conference.
4. Customer fixes arrangements in a smart contract using an intuitive interface.
5. Customer deposits funds to pay for services.
6. An online meeting is being conducted through the built-in software platform.
7. Customer gets the required answers / documents / recommendations.
8. Customer closes the deal and leaves a review.
9. At the moment of closing of the deal, the smart contract will automatically pay to the consultant from the deposited amount and will write down the feedback in the distributed ledger technology.
At the same time, the interaction has a number of features:
1. The platform makes video recordings of consultations to assess the quality of services in disputable situations. When the smart contract is closed and parties have no claims, the video will be automatically deleted. Anonymous video consultations are not recorded.
2. Both the customer and the consultant can complain to the independent board of FaceGo with claims to the quality of service or on a biased negative feedback. If the claim is satisfied, the money will be returned / negative feedback will be corrected. You may complain only until the deal is closed and data is still in the distributed ledger technology.
3. Anonymous consultations take place over an encrypted channel, no data is stored. Dispute resolution in the event of anonymous consultations cannot be conducted.
