Since Coinbase doesn't respond to tickets, I'm reaching out here for advice.

On November 8th, I sent 0.2 BTC to a deposit address that Coinbase generated for me. I then got an email from Coinbase telling me that I just received 0.2000 BTC (with a link in the email that leads to a message stating "we couldn't find that transaction").

Except, I sent with a low fee and the transaction did not confirm. That's NOT the problem I need help with.

The problem is that the address I sent it to is not listed when I go to https://www.coinbase.com/addresses and my transaction is still unconfirmed.

Can anyone guess what might happen to my 0.2 BTC once the transaction eventually confirms?

Also, I sent the coin from my Blockchain.info wallet and then copied the keys to Electrum.  On Electrum, it shows my balance not including the unconfirmed transaction (0.8 BTC).  After a few hours to days,  my address balance gets updated to show that I have an unconfirmed transaction and the total available balance is now 0.6 BTC.  If I delete and re-add my address to Electrum so that it doesn't yet show the unconfirmed transaction, what would happen if I tried to send my full balance to another address I own?  Would the network accept it?  Like, If I tried to send the full 0.8 BTC to another address I own with a large (say, $10 fee to be safe), would the network scoop that up right away and send it all to that address and drop the transaction I sent to Coinbase months ago?
