We are truly sorry that such an unpleasant situation has happened to you. We may only imagine how frustrating it is when you cannot withdraw your funds to the card and we understand your annoyance with the tiring investigation.

After a thorough review of your case and a conversation with the Finance Team, we have managed to pinpoint the reasons leading to this situation. 

First and foremost, let us kindly clarify that according to the system records, we were notified about by the Finance Officer, you have tried one corporate credit card, which is not allowed to use, and just one card of another type. And as far as we were able to find out, the issuing bank of the second card has a concern that the sale of bitcoin is linked to money laundering and financing of terror. Thus, even despite the existence of documents indicating the legitimacy of sources of funds, this particular bank has quite a negative attitude toward cryptocurrency.

Additionally, we were informed that the third card you said you tried was not verified and thus, could not be used.

The way out that we suggest you is either adding another card, the issuing bank of which is not against crypto-related payments and accepts them, or withdrawing your funds in cryptocurrency. We fully realize that you may find this option somehow inconvenient, however, we sincerely hope for your understanding and further cooperation. 

We value your business and hope to retain you as a customer for many years to come.

You told me that I can't withdraw to corporate credit card so I tried another 3 cards (none of them is corporate!), and still failed to withdraw. Also talk to my bank and credit card company. both said that's fine in their end.
Can you please give some real and practical solution and not just write the same over and over again?

We deeply apologize for the negative experience you have encountered lately.

Let us kindly inform you that withdrawal of fiat currency may be rejected not just on the side of CEX.IO but also due to some external factors. As you might check on our Status Page (https://cexio.statuspage.io/), we indeed have no problems with depositing or withdrawing fiat funds at the very moment.

Please note that some issues with a withdrawal to a payment card might occur since the cryptocurrency, in general, is still unregulated within the bank industry. And if a card has no limitations, it still may not support crypto-related payments.

We also would like to emphasize that CEX.IO uses the services of licensed financial institutions, which are working according to their internal procedures, as well as the card issuing banks has its own rules with regard to crypto-related payments. And once there is an issue from their side, we can not affect it somehow.

In such cases, our Support Team can advise either to contact a bank representative in order to check the reason for a card rejection and solve the problem or use another card for withdrawal.

Besides, there is always an option to convert fiat assets in crypto and withdraw them in that manner.

We hope for your understanding and sincerely believe that the way out will be found for your situation.

Why don´t you withdrawal to your checking account? Just register your bank account there and ask for withdrawal

there you can follow if they have an issue. Now they have an only degraded performance on trade page and BTC withdrawal.

Also, can you explain more, what exactly is happening? Your withdrawal request is rejected, or accepted but you still not receive money on your bank account?

The money is in USD balance, not crypto

If it's an internal problem and support can't help, then no can just As OmegaStarScream said!

And based on my experience of withdrawing fiat to a VISA card, could be your bank card can't receive funds from their processor and your best option is selling your crypto on a different platform like localbitcoins.

They told me that is because my credit card is corporate, but that's the card I deposit with.

What OmegaStarScream suggested is that you exchange your money to BTC. Then go to another exchange and withdrawal your BTC to CEX.IO to that other exchange wallet.

Ofc it is possible, you just can´t find the withdrawal BtC option.

Is your profile verified?Did you sent your documents (KYC process)? This may be the problem

Then that's on cex.io, you should at least be able to withdraw in crypto. Have them double check it op!

I've given CEX a heads up about this thread just to be sure. Hopefully, you'll receive a reply shortly.

I'm not familiar with the exchange but If the support couldn't help you, probably no one can. Your money shouldn't be lost though, So If the other withdrawal options don't fit you, why not withdraw your funds in BTC again and find another exchange instead?.

I can't withdraw my money from cex.io, I tried so many times to ask them for help but nothing happens. They told me that everything is ok in their side.
I called to VISA and they told me the same.

I don't know what to do anymore, please please help!
