I can't withdraw my money from cex.io, I tried so many times to ask them for help but nothing happens. They told me that everything is ok in their side.
I called to VISA and they told me the same.
I don't know what to do anymore, please please help!

Let us kindly inform you that withdrawal of fiat currency may be rejected not just on the side of CEX.IO but also due to some external factors. As you might check on our Status Page (https://cexio.statuspage.io/), we indeed have no problems with depositing or withdrawing fiat funds at the very moment.
Please note that some issues with a withdrawal to a payment card might occur since the cryptocurrency, in general, is still unregulated within the bank industry. And if a card has no limitations, it still may not support crypto-related payments.
We also would like to emphasize that CEX.IO uses the services of licensed financial institutions, which are working according to their internal procedures, as well as the card issuing banks has its own rules with regard to crypto-related payments. And once there is an issue from their side, we can not affect it somehow.
In such cases, our Support Team can advise either to contact a bank representative in order to check the reason for a card rejection and solve the problem or use another card for withdrawal.

You told me that I can't withdraw to corporate credit card so I tried another 3 cards (none of them is corporate!), and still failed to withdraw. Also talk to my bank and credit card company. both said that's fine in their end.
Can you please give some real and practical solution and not just write the same over and over again?

First and foremost, let us kindly clarify that according to the system records, we were notified about by the Finance Officer, you have tried one corporate credit card, which is not allowed to use, and just one card of another type. And as far as we were able to find out, the issuing bank of the second card has a concern that the sale of bitcoin is linked to money laundering and financing of terror. Thus, even despite the existence of documents indicating the legitimacy of sources of funds, this particular bank has quite a negative attitude toward cryptocurrency.
Additionally, we were informed that the third card you said you tried was not verified and thus, could not be used.
The way out that we suggest you is either adding another card, the issuing bank of which is not against crypto-related payments and accepts them, or withdrawing your funds in cryptocurrency.
