Hi Guys,

thank you all for your feedback and for your good words.

I'll try to answer on a few comments:

I just wish that the withdrawal would be easy and instant because most players are having trouble with their withdrawals in some betting sites.

This is based on a smart contract ,so, you are always in control of your funds. You can make  a withdrawal whenever you like and nobody can stop you
(the admins of this platform do not have the power to lock your funds because this is all based on a smart contract).
The only thing you need to wait for is the Ethereum transaction to confirm.

But I can't find a button to create a new event. Is it still in development?

Yes it is under development and will be included in our next major update. This is actually how we envision the platform to be.
A place where Players will be able to create their own bet events share them with whoever they like.

And there should be open categories like other sports and events to bet on.
Elections and reality shows also are a good event people like to bet on.

We do have an agenda for this but as this is our MVP product we wanted to roll it out with just a few bets to get some feedback.
We understand that betting possibilities are endless.
(Had even thought about creating a bet event on "who is going to die next on Game Of Thrones" Grin )

but how does the website make any money on it?

We take a percentage from the winnings (ONLY from the winnings).
Means that, event if you bet 1ETH and win only 0.001ETH, the percentage that we get will be a percentage of 0.001.
This percentage is different per bet event and is defined by the bet creator.
This is done looking at the future because, in the next release on the platform, we want people to be able to create their own bet events and to define their own commissions per bet event.
Currently we have a 5% commission on the winnings on every bet event that is on the site.

Seems like you can't just bet on any events you like but needs to choose one provided by the platform.
Yes. As i answered to Tipstar this is our MVP product, which only allows the admins to add bet events, but, allowing user defined bet events is something we plan for our next release.

I like the idea, the platform is easy access and the interface is user friendly. I like the idea that you can actually just set a bet and wait for other players to bet against you or bet against other players. No registration needed and there are a lot of sports to choose from.

It doesn't keep up with the spirit of player betting against player where fairlay still wins for it's openness.
Even all other bookmakers are player betting against players, it just the odds that adjusts according to the way amount they bet on one side.

Wow. It's a great site to start with. User-friendly, straightforward and not as complex as fairlay.

The mechanics of every game in your platform is just so easy to understand and that's a good thing.
I also find it really fair to bet against another player because it would guarantee that the game itself is fair as well.
I just wish that the withdrawal would be easy and instant because most players are having trouble with their withdrawals in some betting sites.

Hello everyone!

FairPlay is a decentralized sports betting DApp (based on a smart contract) that introduces a new way of betting allowing players to bet against each other.
There are no odds or bookmakers. You place a bet and other people bet against you. Players who win share the money of those who lost. If nobody bets against you, you get your money back.

If there are any sport events you would like us to add for betting please make a post here.
