Not that I know about fairspin but claiming that you won that amount of eth doesn't prove that they are legit. It could be a setup to fool many people or itvs either their strategy to make people think that it's real unless you do research about the site that you have gambled or played on. If it's legit and true then congrats on winning 1.9 eth.
Well, as far as I know, fairspin is based on blockchain and it means it either works or doesn't at all. And it's the first casino fully based on it. I mean, there are sites where you can pay with crypto but it's not the same. So, maybe the amount of prize mentioned in the first post is exaggerated but there's no such question legit they are or not. Blockchain is a tool which nullifies tweaks and tricks from casinos. So, if you play for fun and emotions then such projects are your choice because you shouldn't worry about the safety of your money.
