To make things short, after your self exclusion with fairspin they've encouraged you to play more and then with Duelbits they've closed your account after bringing up your gambling issue and even gave a $15k compensation.

I don't want to take sides but from my view this feels like more of a addiction issue since self exclusion can only work up to a certain extent and you can't blame the casinos as they're just trying their best to help and provide a good gambling experience.
If I'm not mistaken there is a similar issue like what Had OP recently and the gambling site is Stake.com if i remember it right , when similar issue that the involved wanted Himself to be exclude to the gambling site .

and another  one is the account whos seeking lightlord for some financial support since he had also send donation in the site.

Gamblers nowadays are showing total addiction that they even wanted others to exclude them because they cannot do it themselves .

@OP, as far as I know, when registering a domain they have to provide information.

Most of the registered number is not from owner but from the department assign for license and other paperwork which I believe its useless to to message since they have already customer support dedicated for it.

The OP concern doesn't need legal advice but rather psychological advice.

You have a horrible gambling addiction and need to seek for help, this gambling sites are only getting patronage from your funds and has not in anyway forced you into funding your account nor made you place a bet against your ordeal. I think working on your addiction should be the key focus here. As a citizen of Australia you should seek for help by contacting agencies that help gambling addicts or you can still go on self-exclusion  as well which is the best.

Why is it a sites fault that you gambled? Shouldn't you take responsibility for your actions?
he's blaming them for opening his account after self-excluding and encouraging him by bending the gambling site's rules in for him to gamble(at least according to him and his evidence that we have yet to see). a lot of frustrated gamblers tend to blame other people for their mistake and I wouldn't be surprised if OP is like that and hoping for the gambling site to compensate for what he lost.

Why is it a sites fault that you gambled? Shouldn't you take responsibility for your actions? There are phone numbers for addicted gamblers that maybe you should be contacting instead of visiting a site that you know you have an addiction to.

Ok so firstly neither took any responsibility which needs to be shared. Fairspin said that I self excluded then asked for the account to be reopened which they did with no qualms about it. Duelbits only gave slight compensation after they again accidentally reopened my account and denied that they had ever encouraged VPN usage or known I was from Australia where in fact I have proof they did know and it’s even as a result of initial discussions with me that they realised the laws and they couldn’t provide services to Australians so changed their terms yet still encouraged gameplay on my behalf. It’s complete bullshit. If neither are in the wrong why will they not respond to any legal communication? Does it have to become a class action suit which my lawyer suggested quite easily it should be. Let’s not even go there with Direx pretending none of their casinos were linked after months of emails from me begging them to pls self exclude me from all I finally got blocked over 150k later. But still zero communication response. And eGaming emails Fairspin and they don’t even respond! So why can no reps actually try and discuss their official ADR with me or my lawyer? Are all DirexNV, Fairspin and Duelbits linked and ran by one dodgy operator? Reality that Duelbits for one know. $60,000 in 3 months is all they cared about they could show they’re responsible or not sham operation by at least bothering to respond to communication. And still no one is even offering me contact info..

This is a wall of text of OP and I am pretty sure that no one will have the rationale to read it like this, try to put some spaces. Also, add a TLDR at the end for people like me who are really lazy.

Hi
Without going into too much information I am trying to get the contact emails for either the owners or the legal teams of the above casinos. Both of them I have had issues with where they illegally encouraged my gambling Fairspin I raised a dispute at Casino Guru after they reopened my account after self exclusion and encouraged gameplay which they denied any wrong doing in doing so casinoguru tried to mediate it but they just kept denying responsibility the person from guru who tried to mediate it emailed and offered to help me as to what to do about this they advised I contact Curacao eGaming who hold their license Curacao eGaming then sent an email to me and their rep and gave them 5 days to respond this was last year they still didn’t respond so my barrister needs to send them legal paperwork although with both he has suggested class action lawsuits if these things have happened with other users. With Duelbits I actually don’t believe it would be a common thing that my situation would have happened with other users long story short after joining I questioned them about are they legally allowed to provide to Australia as I was unsure at the time they then changed their terms that they couldn’t but I was advised by Raven I could play with a VPN and my account remained open. On more then one occasion discussion was had about me being in Australia. I have emails of all of this. As I was depositing $3000-$5000 per week I believe my gameplay was encouraged although they knew I was from Australia. I also had discussions with them about responsibile gaming and that I had had issues. Eventually I got quite upset as I felt that their behaviour toward me was predatory and when I brought this up my account was closed. They completely denied that they even knew I was in Australia and encouraged usage of a VPN although I had the emails to prove it. I kept getting promo emails and went back to see my account had been reopened. Shortly after Green messaged me and said that shouldn’t have happened and offered me $500 to apologise for my account being reopened. Yet still denied that I was ever told to use a VPN or that they ever knew I was in Australia despite me having proof of this. He then gave me a refund of 15000 to apologise for it being reopened and all communication was ignored afterwards. I deposited over $60000.00 there AFTER they knew I was from Australia and advised me I could use a VPN. If that’s not predatory and irresponsible I don’t know what is. They knew they were in the wrong and refused to admit it I wouldn’t have been able to deposit that $60000 had they not “ignored” their own rules and the laws as they were clearly more concerned with the money they were making off me (I rarely made withdrawals and if I did I put them straight back in) As they have ignored further communication with me my barrister would also like to be able to send them legal paperwork. But they won’t give me any contact to send that to if I try and go on chat and ask for a manager or owners contact details or legal contacts or about an official ADR even just as a site visitor without stating my username I am immediately blocked from messaging. I could raise a dispute however I wouldn’t know where as they don’t seem to have an active rep anywhere except in this forum. Yes I had a bad gambling addiction but also with the knowledge both these casinos had they chose not to close my accounts but offer me bonuses and incentives to continue playing now they refuse to answer to any of it. Both these issues happened last year and they are not going away. Yet for them to not even give me an official email to have my barrister send legal letters to them I don’t quite understand why they are so hesitant to give me that. If there is somewhere I can file a dispute with Duelbits for mediation I would be willing to give that a go rather then pursue legal action to take it further but I do not know as said of anywhere I can do so that they have an active rep so I feel the only thing I’m left with is to take it further legally. Aside from this problem I have not found other complaints about Duelbits online so I do believe that this may have been an isolated incident I don’t know but they need to take some responsibility and Fairspin well they have made it clear they have no interest in resolving this every email I just get told someone will contact me that day and nothing. If anyone knows how to get in touch directly with the owners of the casinos so my lawyer can take it from here would be much appreciated.
