I'm not sure about this but, i think there are account(s) with lot of positive feedback(s) that are created by ebay moderator's & administrator's of ebay.
I don't know if, anyone has had such experience,where you list a product(s) on ebay and few hour later, you get stream up lot of question(s) and from all indication such question seem to be from someone who is very familiar with the rules & regulation if, not one of the adminiSometime, they end up buying but, insisting to pay ONLY via paypal even though the method of payment (bank ) has been clearly stated.
