Hi all

I have an interesting site to share, my company developed a platform for crypto scam victims where they can report crypto fraud for free. More information is on my profile, I don't want to spam.

Sorry for the delay I've been away for a few days - feel free to email me ([email protected]) the crypto security companies are more likely to assist if the amount taken if of significant amount

No doubt the scammer is still watching these forums (he posted a picture of his fake delivery) I'm keeping an eye on any other websites that might pop up, or the original one and will take them offline if need be

Glad you avoided this one Mick.

I've been delving into the bitcoin wallet they're using, and it looks like $147k has been received through multiple wallets so far.

A crypto security agency has been assigned to investigate, and hopefully freeze the scammers funds - will update

Hi Everyone,

what do you think about the btc coinfirm claim page https://www.coinfirm.com/products/reclaim-crypto/?__ca__chat=FyVg6QUkQHwL

Quote
For avoidance of doubt, the prioritize option to make the claim the Priority Claim does not guarantee that Participant’s assets will be successfully reclaimed. Coinfirm conducts the Initial Feasibility Assessment of every submitted claim in accordance with this Terms. If result of the assessment indicates that chosen Detailed Reclaim Request is Feasible Claim or potential criminal offence, Coinfirm and Partner may propose to Participant entering into the Commercial Agreement, as specified in the Section X hereinbelow.

Feasibility is one thing, reality is another.
They specialize in tracking transactions nothing else, even if by pure luck scammers have sent the coins to an exchange and used their real name there it's still a matter of courts to get your money back, only a court order will allow an executor to lock their accounts and see their property and resell them and liquidate the assets for compensation.

You can drop them an inquiryt but no money in advance!
Besides, I doubt they will take any case that is under 50-100k, it's not profitable enough for such an investigation.

Looks like they've taken the website and email offline now. Either they've made enough money and given up, or they got fed up of the IP stressor attacks

The domain location came out of Dallas in Texas, so probably not Asian at all - still tracking the bitcoin movements

I made an account today to comment on this. For about a month I've been trying to buy a decent miner and have ran into 20+ scam sites/vendors. I thought bitminers.asia was legit. Wrong.
Made contact with the same seller on ebay for a miner. Was given the fake thread link and a discount code. I believed the thread, but had some concerns with grammar. Went to the site anyways, looked legit and it accepted the code. Sent an email with some questions. Asked them both straight out if they were scammers and both got super defensive. This is most convincing miner scam I've ran across.

Can anyone recommend a vendor or a trusted seller here in the forums?

ebooy,, I can't see any S9's on there? only a pack of 10 of them

Stompix - thank you for your response. I also think this is probably a scam and the images posted are probably from the scammers themselves. Is anyone sure how they create the fake landing page?

An old forum discussion here from users saying they did receive goods (some with a lot of user posts too) https://bitcointalk.org-indexphp-topic-14358523.online/index.html

Read my post above!!

That link is a fake page, that topic never existed on bitcoin talk.
I am one of the users mentioned there and on the fake page seems like I've purchased and received gear from them when actually

I never ordered anything from them, I don't endorse that website and I think is one big scam!

You guys make me believe that is a scam , but i'm very happy that i received it.

So it's even worse, they don't even have real miner boxes to write make their logo and look legit, they grab a few photos and photoshop them.
Another red flag as if another one was needed!

Antminer S9 with 30% off code, wanted to test if it was a scam or not. Getting tracking updates but I am certain it is a scam, tracking number doesn't come up with DHL, only shows up on their site. The photo is clearly altered, the cardboard around the logo is blurry.

What did you order from them?

I'm in email communication with the company - they use [email protected]

I want to buy more machines, and they've invited me to visit their shop in Taiwan to discuss further, so hopefully they're legit

It would have been more convincing without the bad photoshop job.

Do you have any other pictures from your delivery? it looks to me that the Bitminers.asia has been photoshopped onto those boxes - and the courier looks like UPS although they state they use DHL??

Just ordered a A10 pro from them this morning (again from an eBay user recommendation - username Keane035)

Sent nearly £2k via Bitcoin

I don't know bitminers but looking at their website, they seems to be good. Can't really tell their integrity just by looking on their website.

What looks good on that website?
Please let me know, seriously!

- They are selling s19pro (they have them on stock!) now for 3250, the only ones that have them in stock and not on preorder (as Bitmain's AUGUST! shipping is sold out already) are doing it for 4700$, and all but one of the old vendors are completely sold out even on pre orders! Have you seen how much is Eastshore who have been in business for years charging for one?

But let's get over that, maybe they are losing hundreds of thousands of dollars just because they want people to get cheap miners

Warehouse

Nice, their warehouse is a youth hostel in Kiel.

Another warehouse, man they have warehouses all over the world
Quote
311 King William Rd.
Saint John, New Brunswick, E2M 7C9
Weird, this one is also owned by another business not them.

But they have more, in Venezuela, In Russia (unfortunately that is a powerplant there) all over the world.
Of course, it might be possible they've just bought all those.
Just as it is possible it's a mistake there is no company registered with their name anywhere.

And of course, it's a fluke they sell Zeons:
https://bitminers.asia/ASICminer-Zeon-Turbo
Seriously?

If anyone knows what is the best way to take these scammers down please let me know.

Just report them to their domain registrars. But upon looking at the attached link, it is just a fake thread post that shills and endorses the bitminers, even have had a faulty displays of signatures and suspicious users that talks good about it. We don't know if the maker of that fake website is affiliated with the platform as it can also be a way to destroy them. I don't know bitminers but looking at their website, they seems to be good. Can't really tell their integrity just by looking on their website. But if this occasion is affiliated with them, it is a clear red flag to their platform.

I feel very sorry for you guys, It almost got me too.
Ok so this guy that was selling some miners on ebay told me he does not have them anymore and that I should check his supplier. so he gave me a link to this fake thread.
It all sounded very suspicious because he was even offering me his voucher Smiley
This is him, but it says he is no longer a registered user so that's good.

That being said, I assume the mining hardware seller they are promoting https://bitminers.asia is also fake.

S19pro in stock ready to deliver and 1000$ cheaper than the rest? You can guess how real that offer is.

Second, as my account is there on that fake page with a fake post on how I ordered and received gear from them.
I NEVER ordered anything from bitminers.asia, I am not planning on ordering anything from them and I'm 1001% sure they are scamming people with fake reviews and vouches.

Still, I have one question OP, how did you reach that page?

Hello everyone.
I basically registered here to tell you that there is a scam for bitcoin mining hardware resellers.
https://bitcointalk.org-indexphp-topic-14358523.online
Notice the domain is not "bitcointalk.org" but "org-indexphp-topic-14358523.online" which almost fooled me.
That being said, I assume the mining hardware seller they are promoting https://bitminers.asia is also fake.

If anyone knows what is the best way to take these scammers down please let me know.

If this is true ,than very sorry for me to read this one day after I ordered there a very small item as a sample.
I see a lot of these sites want you to pay in BTC. Fine with me as long as I know they are good trustworthy sites!

Is there a list with good sites/shops somewhere?
