Reason for Scam accusation: Holding a no reserve auction, than cancelling auction after deciding the price wasn't high enough
Ok, I might be overreacting a bit, but this is one of several cases in the past couple weeks where users hold auctions, and end up changing the terms after receiving bids, or holds a "no reserve" auction (as in this case) and than decides the final price isn't enough.

User auctioned off a domain, the terms of which state:
"The auction will start with a minimum bid of $1 with a minimum increment of $1.
The auction will end ~3 days after the last bid."
Of which the final bid was a bid of $3, not to mention he continued the auction for 7 days instead of 3, to which the user closed the thread and said:
"I'm sorry, but I'm not happy with the price this reached."
Users need to start being held accountable for the auctions they post, whats the point of holding auctions if you don't follow your own terms? Negative trusted user for the time waste and for not following their word. I will try to remember to do this for future cases (which will sure to be plentiful), as its fine if users want a reserve, but they need to mention it. They can't say the minimum bid is $1 and than take it back after the auction ended.
