Some reply also said you edited the post and first time you write that the scammer ig account was Eloy Rivera, which is similar as your bitcointalk username, I will give benefit of the doubt and assume that you mistakenly copy your own ig account profile url

I'm not sure about that because there are strong points indicating OP was talking about @eloyriverax originally and not @hustlemantherapper.

First, they mentioned Eloy twice in the OG post:

he couldn't show anything and I suspect that the account was varifed because eloy Rivera is the name of someone from BBA (big brother Argentina)
I don't believe that the currect instagram owner of this page is Eloy, eloy didn't speak any or much English and this Scammer on instagram speaks perfect English..

Second, the instagram account https://www.instagram.com/eloyriverax/ also matches this description. I couldn't find any previous post about @hustlemantherapper.

Quote from: OP
and I've seen that on Bitcointalk.org he's already been talked about as a scammer

See: [SCAM ALERT] Verified Instagram Account: Eloy Rivera

Third, @hustlemantherapper doesn't have BAYC profile picture but @eloyriverax does

Quote from: OP
I texted him and clowned the shit out of him, he couldn't show his open sea or meta mask ( he has a BAYC pfp)

It's hard to buy that OP mistakenly posted @eloyriverax's instagram account link after all this.

Right now, this accusation is a red flag he changes the link of the profile of the account he is accusing he did not give an explanation for the changes, he did not follow the recommended format in creating an accusation and he did not post any screenshots or pieces of evidence that will prove his accusation is true, it's unfair on the owner of the account, you cannot post profile and accuse the owner of the account without showing anything.

OP, you have added and removed evidence by editing the post, so doubts have been created among the members about your accusation. And even if you believe this accusation to be true, it does not prove that the owner of this Instagram account posted the scam, because various social media accounts including Instagram can be hacked and hackers can take steps to scam by posting scams using those accounts. Visiting the Instagram account link provided by the OP, I did not see any scam posts. OP waiting for clear details from you, as per current situation.

he's verified and I've seen that on Bitcointalk.org he's already been talked about as a scammer

This is the first time I heard the name hustlemantherapper in this forum, if you are saying that someone has accuse him as a scammer in this forum you should really share the link of that post in here.

Some reply also said you edited the post and first time you write that the scammer ig account was Eloy Rivera, which is similar as your bitcointalk username, I will give benefit of the doubt and assume that you mistakenly copy your own ig account profile url. But if you can't give a proper explanation how you should edit your post and proof the claim that hustlemantherapper has been accused before in this forum, then you could be the one who are scammer.

Hold up. Why did you edit your post? You were talking about https://www.instagram.com/eloyriverax/ and suddenly replaced it with a different account... First couple of posts from my fellow members were also talking about Eloy Rivera.

I'm just checking in now that the OP's username matches that of its first accuser.
What I can see from this right now is two things: either the OP is a scammer or he is looking for a way to convince people that he is a good person.

Or the OP thinks it's better to edit a thread and add a new scam accuser, believing that the old one might have gotten enough attention and awareness.

First time I've seen an accuser changing the username of the one that he is accusing he has to give a reason why the change of the Instagram account, he cannot make an excuse that he made the wrong URL because he did not make a correction post that he made an error and there is no chat logs screenshots coming from OP he needs to show proof or he is just using this forum to make a false accusation against the guy on Instagram.
I've seen things like this posting accusations just to bribe people so he can take down the post.

"I have a proposal for you, DM ME"
This is already a sign that it's a scam, I don't think it's a good thing to do business proposal using any social media messaging apps to talk to someone, it's informal and at most rude imo. People who does this kind of tactic wants to isolate their victims as much as possible so no one can call out the red flags in case someone sees them and the victim doesn't. This kind of tactic is most prominent among online sellers who are trying to sell their products at an overpriced rate. As @albon has mentioned, provide some proof like Chat logs to make your scam accusation more credible.

Archived post from ninjastic:

I expose and clown scammers as a hobby there is a user who commented "I have a proposal for you, DM ME" on my post which was just a pic of me and my family

I texted him and clowned the shit out of him, he couldn't show his open sea or meta mask ( he has a BAYC pfp)
he's verified and I've seen that on Bitcointalk.org he's already been talked about as a scammer

I don't believe that the currect instagram owner of this page is Eloy, eloy didn't speak any or much English and this Scammer on instagram speaks perfect English..

just as an example I am From Poland and I don't. type English correctly
he speaks English better then Any anglo I've met

he doesn't send audio messages which is fishy and post important hasn't posted "his" face in over a year

every story post is just a lifestyle picture that doesn't have his face in it.
he is verified which is something a lot of scam victims automatically assume makes someone credible
here's his instagram ( DO NOT SEND MONEY TO THIS CLOWN) https://www.instagram.com/eloyriverax/

I find this very odd, what is the catch here lol? the people accused do seem suspicious enough that I'd stay away as far as possible but who knows about OPs personal scam baiting/busting stories as there is no supporting evidence unless op provides it.

If you accusing someone with all of those things that you've mentioned and you've got proof of it, those words won't be enough to prove it.

It is easy to make stories and even if yours could be true, you have to support it with a fact and proof so that everyone is going to believe it and don't forget that we've got a scam report format here in use --> https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-report-format-use-it-to-make-scam-reports-properly-260073

I was hoping that you @OP would provide us with proof of what you mentioned, such as PM / Chat Logs or screenshots, etc. What I see from his recent post that he published a day ago is that he offers his e-commence course for $300 and wrote that he guarantees course buyers free earn $10k-$15k daily?! The most logical question is, if he already has strategies to earn between $10K-$15K per day for free, why would he need $300 for the course from his followers then it would be better for him to keep those strategies that the course contains to himself. What I saw from his account is that he posted pictures of luxury cars, thousands of dollars, luxury watches.. etc. and it seems that he is using his wealth to entice followers. I do not have conclusive evidence of his accusation, so I advise anyone who feels suspicious about the famous accounts he follows not to deal with them in financial matters or open any links that they send him via DM.

I have just opened the account and it seems a verified Instagram account and there is nothing suspicious.
He is not posting on the profile but rather commenting on other people's posts on Instagram asking them to DM him as per OP's opening post
I expose and clown scammers as a hobby there is a user who commented "I have a proposal for you, DM ME" on my post which was just a pic of me and my family

So when you just look at his profile, nothing seems suspicious at all.

Can you share your convo with this scammer or promotions for scams, i see nothing like that on his instagram account, post, reels and story. Although there is a thread already about him scamming here.

Edit: there is a post for nft promotion wayback 2022 dated almost the same on this scam accusation post[1].

I think there is no evidence as if they scammer who hacked the account is not promoting right now means the scammer removed the posts that they have posted or the account has been recovered by the original owner and deleted the posts which has been posted by the scammer.

One place these scammers make mistakes is in the aspect that they hack people's accounts and use a verified account with a huge number of followers to DM a person, which ordinarily, with the way all these social media celebrities behave, they will hardly DM you over an offer, so sending a DM first is sometimes a red flag.

And secondly, hacking the account of someone who has nothing to do with Crypto all of a sudden because they started promoting or advertising some fake airdrops in order to scam the original account owners is also another way to easily identify a hack account and change of ownership.

With the rate and manner in which influencer accounts are being hacked on a daily basis, it should at least enlighten people to not believe whatever is being posted by their favorite celebrity without doing a little background research.

I was just wondering if the OP has not been familiar with a similar method of scam here in this forum; we could have been talking about another scam victim here.

It's also very likely that Eloy Rivera's verified instagram account got hacked by a goon, who is now using it to advertise and scam people who follow Rivera. They might be fooled into believing the DMs since the account is verified and is probably a public figure. This happens all the time on Twitter and YouTube.

Maybe you could team up with other people to report the account so that it gets taken down or temporarily blocked until the owner recovers it.
