Hi, I saw various numbers in Google which they called them-self bitcoin Technical support team. Are they fake or they took franchise from Bitcoin ? Let me know.

Thanks

They're fake. Bitcoin has no "Helpline", as there is no "bitcoin" entity. If you want to know something, google it &/or use Bitcoin Stackexchange/Bitcointalk/et al. Otherwise you can contact certain companies that offer help, but those aren't the ones that "own" BTC so to speak. Be wary of giving sensitive info out though, especially if it's a relatively unknown company.

There is no such thing as bitcoin franchise unless it is coming from a company or business that appropriated the name bitcoin and add it to their existing name. As bitcoin is a decentralized platform, there is no official entity or group of people behind it just like what we can see in companies like Visa, MasterCard, JP Morgan or similar platforms. We have to be careful because there are so many creative people who can disguise pretending to be representing this and that but are actually just scammers all ready to punch anyone just new to this industry.

Note that those companies are only responsible for the respective services they offer.

So for example if you deposited money at Coinbase and it doesn't show up in your account, contact Coinbase support.

If you have problem with a specific wallet, either browse the wallet's FAQ / documentation or look here:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=37.0

If you're having general questions regarding Bitcoin or require technical support just post your questions here on this "Technical Support" board (or better yet: use the search function, either on Bitcointalk directly or by quering google like this: "problem i want to solve site:bitcointalk.org")

And to reiterate what the others posted above: Bitcoin has no owner, company or franchise so anyone pretending to be a Bitcoin support line ist most likely trying to scam you.

They're a total fake, avoid like AIDS. They do the same claiming to be Microsoft support or HP printers :/ Don't fail in the trap. They will charge you thousands of $, or worse, take your coins. And there is no Bitcoin franchise, nobody owns Bitcoin

You might be best asking here for help if you require some form of specialized help in relation to bitcoin.
As you did not post the link cannot check to see the service you talk of but I would guess you are better asking for advice here.
