I think it's a bad idea. It's not safe.
Another type of taxi in the UK is the airport taxi. These are small and often work as taxi services for the airport shuttle buses. They often only get passengers at the airport or terminal and don't serve visitors and tourists at all canterbury to luton airport . These companies are perfect for people who want to get around town and aren't interested in traveling on public transportation.
If you really beleve that fake taxi is not staged by professionals then I can only guess that you are either underage or lack of understanding how real world works

I'm thinking of opening my own service like this, what country is this sort of thing legal in? If you don't know basically Ill be offering rides in my taxi in exchange for a service if the participant is willing.

it seems you are a connoisseur of pornographic films so you want to do it (fake taxi) but in a country if you don't pay a woman to do it in your taxi then it is impossible to get your wish
Well, in general, the idea is interesting, but a bit dangerous. And not the fact that it will be profitable for you. And in general, depending on what services you will offer your passengers, so to speak.
I could be wrong but I don't think the guy really picks up random girls on the street that are looking for an uber/taxi , it is probably all set up beforehand.
