Iran is an Islamic state, completely peaceful, and wants nuclear energy to generate energy and bombs for defense that the US and Israel are destroying in the world for lack of interest in Iran.
Iran is NO WORSE than the USA, probably better.

At least they are open about who they are and what they believe in, instead of BS:ing about "freedom" and "democracy". The regime may not have everybody's support, but certainly it has the support of the majority.
Fortunately for Iran they have decent military. I don't think the USA actually dares to attack since Iran is a serious enemy that would not be easy to defeat. I don't care at all if Iran has a nuclear bomb and I understand why they might want one, assuming that's what their nuclear program is about (which they deny).

Russia is laying down a gas line through Iran and have other trade going through. This is not about Iran alone, this is old style East West cold war. Iran is not as Easy to bomb as some might think.
