So TrustPilot is complete shit at this point,  Angry Angry

To cut this topic short, stay the hell away from TrustPilot, I think Coinguru is still a better choice.

Trustpilot failed miserably to address concerns when it comes to reviews about casinos, Other products and platforms are good but not when it comes to casinos, 1xbit is a notorious scammer but Trustpilot chose to ignore what is showing in the internet and prefers to approve those fake reviews.

I can Trustpilot but never on reviews about casinos I better be off checking reviews here in Bitcointalk and leading casino review sites they are transparent and they do it for the community rather than for money.

That's nothing new, every platform where almost everyone with just an email can sign up and submit a review that will affect the overall rating of a platform or service will surely be manipulated as there is nothing easier than creating an email address on the internet. Trustpilot is highly manipulated by users and casinos themselves, they can always ask some users to create a bunch of accounts and give them a positive rating and their trust score goes higher.

Similarly, if a casino wants to damage the reputation of another platform, they can always pay someone $10 and ask them to post about 50 negative fake reviews about that platform, and after doing that, if the casino had a 4.5 trust score, they will drop down to 3 or maybe below that point.

If you want to read crypto gambling reviews access bitcointalk forum or do your research on Google including bitcointalk forum on the keywords. Maybe it's not even necessary to do this, because the forum is already quite popular on gambling matter, but just to make sure include it. Here you can find accurate feedbacks and reviews from veteran members of gambling community, against random created accounts at TrustPilot you don't know who are, what means they can be members of the casino itself reviewing their own company as fake customers.
I think our forum is not specifically built for that. Companies are only posting an announcement thread here as a form of introduction, although people can still post their own feedback there and as well as suggestions. Then we have a scam accusation board which also gives a negative feedback for someone else or some company.

Forum is dedicated for discussion so it’s serves like feedback thread too. ANN thread is really for an announcement when they post the OP but the thread become a discussion thread after the announcement part or else casino reps here should lock the thread right after they made the announcement.

Browsing the ann thread is one good way to conduct review on the casino since user will discuss whether good or bad experience on the casino.

Some people might see it serving the same purpose as those review sites, and what they like more is the fact that opinions here came mostly from different individuals, so they can believe that they are authentic than those review sites which are mostly run by one or a few more people. Adding some specific keyword when searching on something is necessary so that the results are going to be more précised.

People need to understand that trustpilot allows people to post comments, this means that many scam casinos can pay other people or even they can create an account on trustpiloto and then post good reviews, so it's up to people to do so. a lot of research on many other review sites and based on this much research, they analyze the extent to which the data they obtained is true. for example, I saw cases of scam accusations against a casino, but people who use that casino and that have a review site are ignoring these scam cases and even keep saying that the casino is reliable and old and that the review site It's also trustworthy

But why do these people act this way? the answer is very simple: because these people are paid, and since these people are making money and the review site is making money from the casino, so they have no reason to complain about the casino and they keep accusing the people who complain about the casino of being liars, this is the same scenario that happened with the casino you mentioned, it is ironic that people criticize something but do the same thing. Anyway, my point is that each person should not just read reviews on trustpilot

There are other sites like casino.guru askgambler that are good review sites, so people can see reviews and even post complaints about a casino on these two sites, at least on these two sites the owners have the courage to be mediators of conflicts between the casino and the customer. On other review sites they only care about profits from referrals, they disguise themselves when they realize that the case of scam accusation against the casino listed on their review site is a solid case, at that time they just remove the casino from their site, nothing more . they don't help people, that's why you should also criticize other review sites and not just criticize trustpilot. all review sites have the same problem and should not be taken 100% seriously

In my opinion, the best place to review a betting forum is by searching for it here on BitcoinTalk.org.
where else can we get honest user reviews and opinions? We also have official threads from several respected casinos here and the admins or a legal representative of these sites are almost always present to answer questions and/or solve problems that occur.
We also have several subscription campaigns that revert a good part of their profits to the users themselves and not to a centralized platform that uses this for its own profit.... let's encourage more the casinos that we have here.

I'm not a very diverse gambler, but I still believe there's not much need to look for reviews outside of our forum.

The most of the gamblers option to review the gambling will be the forum review. No one can do the review which scam the gamblers in the forum.Only the scammers will do the fake review by creating the newbie account and do the scam attempt.Such people should be red tag to avoid of they scam the other gamblers. The good campaign with huge reputation are the preferred gambling sites for the users. The gamblers from various countries will had their own ideology in the gambling. Some gamblers will encourage their fellow gamblers, others won’t share their friend about their gambling secrets.

IMO, reviews from communities like this are far more reliable and genuine than those reviews platform.
There's a chance of people use paid shills to promote their site in this forum, pretty much like paid these people to write a review in trust pilot. But the difference is trust pilot has no way to make sure the review is genuine or not, while this forum, user with many positive feedback, high merit earned and joined in long term campaign will never want to sacrifice his reputation just for a sake of short term money, so they will try to being honest as possible.

Could be popular but never use one platform or website when you're trying to look for a reviews for a particular online casino. Most especially when that platform's sole purpose is to give reviews for all online casinos, because they can be paid to fabricate and twist a review and how they rate it.
I've seen a tons of ads for that particular online casino you have mentioned.  They have paid a lot of local influencers here, so I assume they have a lot of money to throw for the ads.
IMO, reviews from communities like this are far more reliable and genuine than those reviews platform.

Frankly, I have never used review sites such as trustpilot, askgamblers, etc as my main source of information to know about casino that I want to try. This forum is more than enough and more reliable source of information. I prefer to skip any review site where the rating and review can be done by everyone without giving solid proof for the review.

It's good to know that there are still people who don't fully trust review sites because after all, these websites if not all, were mostly made by paid reviews. It's still much better to do your background research using unbiased and not sponsored feedbacks by true players that really played and made a bet on a specific casino. Unfiltered reviews are the still the best. It will let you get the perspective of both worlds which are the pros and the cons and that could help you decide whether it's worth it to play or not.

That reminds me of scamvirus's thread about someone who was seeking paid for review.

Many service providers are still providing this kind of service, but they do not come to the forum to promote this service because they may have understood what the consequences are. It is now difficult to trust a site depending on Trustpilot's positive rating. Because most companies have paid reviews to make them look trustworthy.

Getting out of this situation is now difficult, mainly because Trustpilot is also accepting these fake reviews that are creating such a bad situation.

Personally, from the start I didn't really make TrustPilot a reference for the project or the casino was very promising from the point of view because as you mentioned, fraudulent casinos there are quite inconsistent with reality. But I'm not surprised because doing positive reviews on TrustPilot can be done by paying some users to give high ratings. In this forum is one way to find out the truth. I'd rather muddle through real human resources than bots who are purposely actively assessing casinos or projects on TrustPilot.
I have suspected some red flags from TrustPilot but I just ignore it since I’m not using it anyway. But since this topic is open, probably now I can tell that TrustPilot has never been reliable in most of its rating that’s why it’s better to rely on people you know well because they can be honest and reliable with their reviews at some point. Than to trust in some bots that are only up for our own money and fool us in the end.

Yes, when we try to search for some reviews, the first thing that will pop in the results is trust pilot. Nevertheless, it doesn't mean that it is the best source of review online. Because if you read those reviews, specially from scam casino sites, you will clearly see that they are getting paid to put out this good reviews although it's been a well known scam sites.

And with that, it's are red flag for experience gamblers already, although there could be newbies that can fall for this trick, but majority of us who have been in the game for so long knows what going behind the scene and it's not to be trusted.

I think that any review sites cannot be trusted anymore. It's very hard to get a honest review these days.

Trustpilot is the same as other review platforms, where people can manipulate their reviews and give good ratings to scam platforms. Platforms can order ratings and reviews according to their requests and this causes bad reviews on the platform to sink.
If we are Bitcointalk users it is better to read reviews from reputable users about the gambling platform before using it. Usually they will give an honest and objective review and usually what they say is true to their experience.

Staying away from both is still better, especially for those of us who already know this forum because this forum is a good place for us to know a lot about new casinos or when they are experiencing problems.
Unfortunately, if people don't know about this forum, they will come to the two casino review websites mentioned, because when they search on Google for reviews of a casino, Trustpilot will appear first, so this place is very useful for those who are already members. or at least know, but for those who don't know, they won't realize that there is a forum that tells honestly about existing casinos unless the casino doesn't have an announcement thread, then it remains a mystery what the credibility of the casino is, like 1xbit which still exists out there but on this forum they won't get players because they already know what their reputation is.

Why do we need TrustPilot if we already have the Bitcointalk forum, which always provides complete information when searching for a suitable casino? We already have Bitcointalk and reliable reviewers like @Efialtis and @GamblingBro, who always provide honest reviews of casinos, especially new ones.

And it's not surprising that TrustPilot gave a good review of 1xbit because it could be that TrustPilot is getting paid from that casino. Don't immediately believe it if you get reviews from sites, especially from Google, Yahoo, Bing or others. Now, this has changed because all sites can provide reviews and often, these reviews are paid for by the site.

So instead of looking for reviews of casino sites from the outside, we can look for them here. And if there are no reviews on this forum, you can ask the members here or @Efialtis and @GamblingBro about the casino.

5 years ago, most of the results in Google were trust-worthy reviews, you could read good and bad feeds on it, which were also legit, but as time went on, most of the results in Google were fake, and it had been paid to rate them a 5 star. Right now, it is not good to find reviews on Google because most of them were paid to rate it good, even if the casino is very bad.

I do always rely now on the forum for reviews or from social media that tells about the reviews of casinos in their comment section because you will know those problems that the gambler encounters. Also, here in the forum, it is really legit and coming from the user of that casino and sharing their experience, and there are no fakes here. That is why, right now, not only for casinos but for most of the stuff that I need to check its reviews, I always rely on forums rather than those blogs or Trust Pilot reviews that are completely fake.

Better to use multiple sources, not only 1 or 2.
For example, a combination of these review platforms like TrustPilot, etc., and some multiple forums too because in some multiple forums, you will see real users that sharing their experience, sharing comments about the platform, and on that forum, you will easily point out if they are just dummy accounts or real, legit and high-rank users.

I don't really use trust rating websites so I guess that's why I haven't heard of that name before and even until now.
The only reviews I do care about are members here in the forum who used the online gambling site themselves and there's also a section at services where they do offer money to review their gambling sites which I think is a cool way to make gamblers try their platforms. The only downside is sometimes other members may not point to an honest review but there are those who really leave pros and cons about their service which I am more focused on reading.

Be careful about these rating sites. Some of them may have been paid so that they can put 5 stars on gambling sites even though they are scammy-looking. Trust the ones who are using it than a rating website that may have not even tested it.

If that is the case with 1xbit, they probably paid or made a posting about making good reviews to make them look "good" or anything. Their brand here in Bitcointalk is forever tarnished and wouldn't be able to repay what they have done in the past. As long as they can make amends to those who were affected before, then maybe there's a chance.

Trust Pilot has some perks but making them able to do the positive reviews without any facts or backing with the actual experience of the casino, makes it still untrustworthy.

It's still better to make some personal investigation than relying on the review site.

I used to check online review sites before, but then I learned that some of them are just paid and some of them are just created to spite the platform they are reviewing against. I just check this forum to look for reviews if I wanted some 'credibility' on what I'm reading. At least, I know that the things I'm reading came from actual players that experienced the site beforehand and know what's actually happening in the platform. While Trustpilot and Coinguru are review sites that you can reference to, still actual people are the best reviewers that you know aren't biased.

If I search a casino and it is not here,  I am always very cautious about signing up and playing there . I don't want money stuck or documents stolen and sold to third party. . So, remove Trust pilot and counguru. Bitcointalk.org is the best place.

Forgive me as I don't know that a popular rating and review platform like TrustPilot can be this blind or maybe it's all intentional I don't know.

Since they are popular in the field of site checking and reviews, they will be primarily targeted by different gambling sites - sh*t or not.

Part of the marketing strategy too being listed at that site as more impressions, and more audiences, can lure more users.

If the "price is right", done deal regardless of the issues.

My advice to all new gamblers on this forum, do not use Trust Pilot to fund good-rated online casinos, they can't be trusted.

Since you refer to "new gamblers on this forum", for sure they already know what's the deal and the reason why they are here in the first place. Smiley

There is no single bad review about 1xbit on TrustPilot and I was like how the hell this is happening?

1xBit is somehow considered legit outside the Bitcointalk forum. Let's leave it like that since we can't do something about it.

More importantly, as a Bitcointalk forum enthusiast, we should just follow gambling sites that reach a "trustworthy" level here.

I'm not really looking at or following various casino review sites even how popular they are....

..with the exception of BTCGOSU by our very own @efialtis

Website: https://www.btcgosu.com/
Announcement thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/btcgosu-your-trusted-guide-to-the-best-bitcoin-casinos-5262141

They specifically noted that:

Please note that while we try to provide as objective and unbiased reviews as possible, the final sites's ratings (and therefore sites' rankings) are not based on our own score but on our visitor's ratings. Anyone who registers can rate any operator we feature on BTCGOSU. We are of course tracking this to make sure the system is not being abused.

Trustpilot already achieved popularity by being one of the most followed review sites.

But always keep in mind that when it comes to researching a certain website, it's good that we all rely on all possible options we can look at just to extract more details about a certain site. It's also good to see those websites that have an official community discussion group not just here in the Bitcointalk forum but on other forums as well, or channels.

Honestly you have a point, any review site that advertises shady dealings/companies should be avoided outrightly. And this goes not only for Trustpilot but for every other "reputable" review sources out there that takes bribe, or is not diligent enough to check the validity of customer reviews. At the very least as a beacon of information and safety in an industry ridden with fraudsters and untrustworthy companies, you could've been more responsible enough so as to employ parameters that would detect whether a casino is getting reviewbombed or not. I've seen review sites do this in the past, so it's not a matter of "it's impossible given the technology.

I don't really rely on review sources for casinos to play in as I still see bitcointalk as my best source of info should I decide to jump to gambling, at the very least I am confident and at ease knowing that the information dropped within this forum is based on customer experience alone and with guarantee too.

I don't really use Trustpilot to check websites, I rely on other sites as well as my own experience to judge whether a website is legitimate or not. I believe that any website owner can manipulate reviews by purchasing votes and creating a façade of trustworthiness with fake positive reviews. This can ultimately lead to scamming many gamblers who may wonder how they got scammed when the casino had received a lot of good reviews on Trustpilot or any other platform.

IMO a better thing to do is to engage with gamblers who are already using the website. Have conversations with them to learn about their experiences with the casino before investing any money. This way, you can avoid fake reviews from random people that you don't know about.

I've never trusted any review site be because they could only be used to manipulate and be paid just to increase the trust rate of some sites regardless of their reputation.
It's something that we have to be careful and skeptical about as many reviews nowadays aren't really and were just paid to made.
It's better to check things on other gamblers or trusted communities like this forum if we're checking on the legitimacy.
Deep research is always necessary so we won't fall for scam casinos which exist everywhere nowadays.

If I can be honest, even though we know TrustPilot and so on as sites that can be used as references, in reality I have never used them as references for me personally. BTW, I rarely look for reviews regarding online casinos that have good ratings. The problem is simple, we are in a community. In fact, we know very well which casinos have a credible and trustworthy reputation. Except, the casino you mentioned in this thread. because based on its history in the community, this casino has a red report.

Other than that I'm also not referring to Coinguru, although based on your rating it's still a good choice, I didn't bother to check it out. because as I said once again, after all, we already have casinos that have good ratings in the community and some casinos can really be trusted. at least, for now. and hopefully, there will be no problems or obstacles in the future. So far, I have not experienced any problems with several casinos on my trust list. and that, is enough for me personally. but after all, what you do deserves appreciation.

Most of us know that TrustPilot is dishonest in its reviews and ratings of casino sites. And we presume that the casino pays TrustPilot or is it based on their own judgment. But TrustPilot should be able to look for other more accurate and valid information so that they don't provide ratings and reviews that seem dishonest.

There have been many sites that have honest reviews and ratings by TrustPilot, even though that is not true at all. I would only feel sad if there were people who were entirely new to this matter who discovered the information provided by TrustPilot. They can be completely fooled by the ratings and reviews on the site and lose their money.

If you say that there's not a single negative review on the 1xbit page on TrustPilot then you are wrong. So far there's a composition of 22% of the total 3028 reviews that have been submitted. After all, TrustPilot is an open platform where each user can give a review as they like. So don't blame TrustPilot for what is happening now.

FYI, TrustPilot isn't just silent about what is happening now, they are also trying to filter out the fake reviews that exist.

To answer his question I think YES. Regular users of the internet, the not savvy ones will trust the reviews on Trustpilot because it's almost like a consensus where there are hundreds to thousands of users there rating 1xbit like they experience heaven while in reality, it's not.

Someone from facebook will really be persuaded to just register on 1xbit and just play there. It must be worth for 1xbit to pay reviewers and advertise through Truspilot, it pays. Despite how badly the casino was condemned here, they managed to make money from those users.

So TrustPilot is complete shit at this point,  Angry Angry

Forgive me as I don't know that a popular rating and review platform like TrustPilot can be this blind or maybe it's all intentional I don't know.

My advice to all new gamblers on this forum, do not use Trust Pilot to fund good-rated online casinos, they can't be trusted. I have been seeing TrustPilot for a long time and I don't even know that I will end up using it one day, I was looking for a platform that rates casinos base on good records and good reviews online, that's when someone recommended this TrustPilot.

I was like oh I have been seeing TrustPilot for a long time, just never used them, until I grabbed a cup of coffee and decided to do some surfing, then I found out that the most popular scamming casino on this forum called 1xbit was rated well on TrustPilot.

So if I don't know about Bitcointalk forum and 1xbit I would have though the online casino is a good one. There is no single bad review about 1xbit on TrustPilot and I was like how the hell this is happening?

To cut this topic short, stay the hell away from TrustPilot, I think Coinguru is still a better choice.

I have personally found some good parts in Trustpillow about products and services which have nothing to do with Bitcoin, cryptocurrency and gambling. On the other hand Op, you are need to be aware that shady casinos like 1xbit, since they have their reputation badly damaged they need to rely on deception and misinformation to further continue to scam new people, many of those positive reviews you saw are likely part of a campaign of shilling, people getting paid cents for a fake review.

By the way, there have been several efforts to establish several review web pages for gamblers around here, some of them are okey, others have failed, but to this day I have not found any which is big enough to have a significant percentage of the traffic.

Trustpillow was a good company back in the day, but not nowadays, with these waves of scammers.

These rating platforms have different parameters used in measuring the performance of casinos. It is key to check these benchmark to know if it suits your standard. It will also be a mistake to rely on a single rating by platform to evaluate the reputation of a casino, we should always check other rating platforms. Most reviews are arranged to suit some casinos. Some review websites are secretly owned or financed by these casinos so you don't expect them to publish a negative review. In most cases only reviews that favors the casino is publicized. I don't trust any of them which is why doing research is cardinal.
I agree with the part about using different sites to check the ratings and reviews of casinos but it's still better to rely on a single rating if they're known for their casino reviews over the others filled with nothing but paid reviews.

I also take reviews with a grain of salt because i've seen others rate other casinos lower when they're almost the same as the good casinos. You can't always be sure about some of them, and it encouraged me to start looking for other available reviews.
My way of checking whether a gambling site is good or not is to ask for players in that platform (if there is a community outside or inside the site) or to check it for myself with minimal amount of deposit for checking. I know reviees can be easily done by the platform itself which is part of its marketing strategy which for me it is not a a good way to check for a site's credibility especially in this industry. But it works for landbased casinos, as far as I know. Problem only is that, a platform will only be considered as faulty or a scam once things already occur and once majority of players are affected by it. Which also makes it hard to determine at first glance.

Trust pilot have lost it credibility for long since when they were scams and Ponzi are getting positive reviews on trust pilots which have led many to fall into scams or investing in Ponzi schemes that are disguised as investments which have misled many in the current market.

So just as I have stated in several of of comments,  the best form of reviews anyone can get when it comes to casinos is by following the opinions of forum users who may have taken out the time to truly test the casino to see how effective they are.

1xbit probably paid the Trustpilot to put them on top. I couldn't be sure but there is no way that casino is going up the rank without doing some manipulation because 1xbit is very well known to be a scam in the biggest crypto community.

But every review site today I think is also paid. Some of them don't even list the popular casinos yet the unknown are featured on top all the time. Apart from that, the administrator of the casino accepts banner advertisements where an unknown scam casino can buy the ad space. I remember 1xbit links and banners are on so many crypto sites that I visited.

A trustworthy rating tool is an important way for gamblers to find legitimate sites. So, differences make people wonder. I've done a lot of study on gambling platforms, and your emphasis on doing thorough research is very important. Before you make a bet or choose a site, look into a lot of different sources. Even though TrustPilot may have let you down, sites like Bitcointalk are a good reminder that cross-referencing is not a nice-to-have, its a must. Coinguru could be another option, but you should always double check. Not only does responsible gambling involve money, but also a lot of study.

People get paid to leave good reviews about apps on Google Play store even without trying them out, do we now think that there are no people who do the same thing about casinos on Trustpilot and other websites where they leave reviews?

The best place to get the real and true review about a from those small YouTubers without sponsorships. Not those streams or whatever you call them. This board is another good place to get an unadulterated review too. But we know that this is the last resort after falling for one of those scam casinos.

A Bitcoiner chooses. A slave obeys.

I think that it is possible that the competition and/or disgruntled sore-loser players put up fake reviews to damage the reputation of casinos but I do not see how the solution to fighting fake/malicious reviews is to go into a different website. Anyone can fake reviews. Especially if they come from a "reviewer website", which either sells good reviews or is abused as a troll platform to smear reputations.

We need a different solution.

I don't trust trustpilot or any review sites because it's full of fabricated, manipulated, or false reviews.

This can be the site hire paid reviewers to write a good review about their site or they hire spammers to attack the other competitor by creating fake review, everything is possible. Fortunately in this forum, there are many people care with honest review, so if someone write a fake review, the other people will tell it to warn everyone.

We have our very own casino review platform such as BTCGosu and Gamblingbro that is very active on updating their list of casino for their review. They gives a very thorough insights especially thise casino that has ANN thread here.

Just to be safe. Only play on casino that has an active ANN thread here and verify their score on the casino review website that I mention above to avoid experiencing headache from casino that taking advantage against their user since we can’t voice out our opinion to the casino if we are being ignored or worst banned in the casino.

Both are affiliate platforms, registering and playing under an affiliate has some advantages in my opinion and experience. Along with different bonuses and promotions in dealing with some issues, you can get help from your affiliate manager, he has direct contacts with casino admins and he can really push some things in the right way.

I can just repeat myself once again, if it's not BTCGosu-approved I will not register and play.

I have to completely agree with the op, if not for anything, but for my own personal experience, I myself have posted a lot of reviews on trustpilot, and all this reviews have always been good positive reviews with a 5 star ratings , but the dark side is that, those reviews I posted weren't reviews influenced by my own personal experience (s), but rather, there were paid for, yeah, I won't mention the name of the  companies but they all actually paid me and several thousands of other people to rate them good, and I believe that not just the companies I've reviewed do this, several other companies with page on trustpilot either pay their users to post good reviews about them on trustpilot, or the pay trustpilot to remove all the bad reviews on their page and leave only the good ones, or they engage in both ..

This is why I personally will never trust in reviews posted on trustpilot, and I do not encourage any one to .

I've never trusted TrustPilot because they don't give honest ratings and I guess they get paid from those scam sites to get good ratings on TrustPilot. I trust the reviews given by members on this forum more because many can give honest assessments about a casino and often provide the best advice for casinos or other sites. Even though they often give harsh criticism, it's all for the good of the site so they can improve what is needed and provide the best service for their customers.

But still, many people are fooled by the reviews from TrustPilot so they get the scam. They got TrustPilot from the search engines so they will be redirected directly to the site and read the ratings from them. But they don't realize that the reviews provided by TrustPilot do not guarantee they can avoid being scammed. So in this case, we have to be careful.

Message @Hhampuz if you are looking for a CM!
You are already on the forum, so why would you need a rating platform? In my opinion, that is not necessary, as they can be biased and have their own criteria. However, if you'd like to read some honest and genuine feedback, you can just head over to a gambling site's ANN (Announcement) thread here and check the feedback. Life would be easier for you then.

As a gambler, we don't need a lot of gambling sites; we can just stick to a maximum of three trusted gambling sites I think, which we can find listed here.

It is the user's responsibility to do a background check not only once or twice, but several times if you think something is off or sketchy because it's simply too good to be true. For this instance, I'm glad you dug deeper to check whether the reviews online were actually true or just paid reviews. It's not really that much surprising that there are paid and sponsored reviews online. After all, it's a way of living for some. They get paid just to make a positive feedback or for campaigning for the said site/s.

Players should practice researching and verifying info before actually believing them. That way, you will avoid being trapped into some kind of scam that is painted to become pleasant and encouraging to the eyes. It will take you some time by doing so, but it will be worth it because later on, it will save you time from the trouble that may arise if you didn't do a background check. Remember, almost everything nowadays comes with a price. If it is too good to be true, then it probably is because it's paid by those scam casino websites to gather more victims.

I never rely on other sites because of course they are easy to manipulate especially everyone can give a good rating by being paid by fraudulent casinos, but I also don't know btcgosu and others, maybe I rarely see their reviews too, I always rely on this forum to look for gambling the best and most trusted site, at least I'm safe playing gambling there as long as it has a good reputation on this forum.

Yes, even though there is always a risk, it is still difficult for me to trust review sites out there other than this forum where we can see the latest casino cases and even see user comfort directly from friends on this forum, maybe it is true that Trustpilot cannot be relied on for novice gamblers are therefore definitely misleading.   Wink

Much better to go on BTCgosu and Coinguru since so far we can get a good reviews there. Most important of all much better to check the ann thread of the casino since it will definitely tells all about their service.

They could have been receiving this sort of bribes from scam casinos that's why they seems to be not not rating them negatively. However, I don't trust this casino review site in the beginning though, because I have this hunch already.

So yeah, might be better to look for other alternatives, or just like what we have seen, it's better to do your own research before playing to any casinos out there. Or just stay with this community as I think this is biggest "library" of all crypto related casinos, bet it a scam or reputable one.

It's not only 1xbit but there are many projects and platforms where the reviews are questionable and manipulated, Projects and platforms can launch a good feedback campaign because Trustpilot with so many categories of products and platforms cannot manually check all reviews you have to report it, compared to dedicated casino review sites they test the platform and they give the real status of the casino based on their findings.
And they live on the trust of the gambling community so they are obligated to give the best possible reviews on every casino they review.

I never trust review websites, whether they are about investment, gambling or online shopping. I will trust the reviews given by the community. The forum is the place to get the most accurate reviews in my opinion. When one person thinks site A has A+ reputation, other members will confirm this true or not. In forum, when some member who has a high rank gives a review, then that can be a valid review. Whereas on the website, chances are the alt-account they use to give a positive review is bigger.

People ease to register and making a lot account on review websites. If the sites not open a review from user (internal reviews), I believe, when they got money from company or organizations who wants to get a positive reviews, of course it will be easy for them to get it.

Reviews of website could be deceptive and misleading. I guess you are overwhelmed because you know 1xbit here as a user but I'm not surprised because some website do lobby some people for positive reviews even some apps online do that. So to rely on review alone is not advisable. The gambling board is enough to help users who are in doubt on a casino they intend to sign up to.

As long as there’s no way to verify those that are making review in a site, there will always be a possibility of the site being abused by those that are being rated there. It is now very clear that trust pilot reviews are one of the most shitty review site that you will see online.

If you check the rating some other reputable sites here in Bitcointalk on trustpilot you’ll see that they have a very low rating but those of a proven scam site you’ll see high ratings.

Once you have enough funds to pay people you’ll be able to get a good rating with high number of reviews so it.

People are now being paid to drop positive  comments on reviews just to hype the casino reputation, and you might fall for this if you are that gambler that don't know much about reputable casinos. TrustPilot can't be trusted anymore for some reviews are not true. As a bitcointalk member,it is good that you get a reputable casino which you want to gamble on from this forum. Already I can see that you are wearing a casino avatar, then do well to patronize them or look for other here as you can see many on other users avatar. Coinguru is a better choice until they start given wrong reviews too of casinos and people do not know by then. The best reviews you can get are reviews from people who you know at times. Reviews from this kind of forums can also be taken because you will be able to read different opinions from people, and if it is a casino that has been able to bribe their way to get good reviews on other platform, they will not be able to bribe everyone on this forum who have used their services.

Forum users knows how unreliable the trustpilot review so most provably this is the less option for anyone seeking for proper feedback on a site. But we cannot rely what the words posted there since as stated trust pilot seems biased on the reviews they posted. Much better to locate this forum since from here we can read real feedbacks came from different group of people which have real time experience to use those sites or casino.
