befor you go saying wd40 isnt a lubercant ask what kind of wd40 i got wd40 white lithum grease pretty sure that a lubercant

2 reference 5870's 1 was upside down, other was normal. Both failed. Also had a sapphire 5830 hub down having some internal friction; drilled hole + wd40 seems to have fixed it so far.

If you had a GPU fan failure, vote in the poll after reading this complete post.

First off, there are two types of fans commonly used for video cards. Those are Axial fans, and Radial Fans.

Now for the fan orientation that corresponds to the options we are going to use in this poll.
