Try uninstalling the driver in safe mode using DDU and reinstalling it. Maybe try a different driver version as well.

There is no onboard GPU my motherboard is gigabyte ga 990xa ud3. and there is no errors.

The processor you have controls the onboard GPU. Check Device Manager and see if all the cards are listed and don't have any errors.

You need a monitor or a dummy plug in the card plugged in the primary PCI-E x16 slot for the AMD drivers to be able to read and set the fan and temperature settings. You also need to change the primary video to the PCI-E slot and not the on board video in the motherboard Bios.

It was already connected to TV.  And my motherboard has no onboard gpu  Undecided

I have 5 x RX570 4gb Armor and 1x RX580 8gb Aorus GPU.
I use Non-WHQL-Win10-64Bit-Radeon-Software-Crimson-ReLive-17.6.2-June13.

I want to adjust and fix my fan settings but they do not work. First i tried to change the config file and adjust. like this:



But failed. i dunno why...

And i can not adjust anything from global wattman as you can see ss below there is no option or menu to do anything in the menu... It is totally empty.
