I dont see its a greater danger then normal sports, I hear of plenty gambling cartels trying to buy off players in things like cricket.

I would rather just bet on sports instead, I'm not really into video games and they are too easy to rig. Also you are dealing with players that are poor who would be willing to fix matches for small amounts of money compared to professional athletes that make tens of millions.

Cryptocurrency is now a thing that never been used before, i guess this is what a technology looks like when everything is evolving/changing. I disagree that those people who have low win percentage mostly rely on their team. On battle royale there's different modes and it's not easy to maintain a 50% win ratio when you're playing several matches they're not the same as other games where there's only 2 teams. First job of the streamer is to pay attention to the audience and play the game as best they can while doing that. Its juggling vs a serious player who can dedicate their attention purely to that task. Its very common to find streamers have a compromised win ratio because of that, ignoring the burden of processing the stream will drop FPS and possibly introduce some lag.
Pro players Ive seen playing in a serious game have to turn off chat and ignore the stream, usually they are with sponsored equipment enough to have good enough FPS to ignore any penalty from that. Its quite rare to see the most serious games self streamed
