Remove the old broken fan from the card, its serial/model should be on the back of it. Type that into google and you should see something.
Second bet is to but an aftermarket cooler for it instead, but as you havent mention the brand you have....well i cant suggest one.

Any help, I broke the lower fan of the card, no matter where I buy online I end up getting the wrong one from CHINA, even though they say its the right one? It has two fans, I need the fan at bottom that has TWO leads on it. Anyone know of a US based company that knows what the heck they are selling? ASUS quoted me $300.00 bucks to repair it.
