If cryptocurrency is being used in the right way, the luxury brands can keep the unique value of the brand as copycats are getting to be common all around. The reality is different and these brands use the term blockchain as a term to promote them as they're getting adopted to the growing technology. With time brands will use it in the right way, maybe it can take little time.

I kind of already wrote about this topic - I ask one simple question: how, for a unique and guaranteed identification, to use blockchain technology, as applied, albeit a luxury, but not quite a unique product? So far, I see only the option of integrating a certain passive “blockchain element” into the product, which, when activated, for example by a magnetic field, will issue a certain set of keys by which originality can be identified. I don’t see any other options ... Well, ok ... another option, perhaps each product is marked with an NFT token, registered during the sale, the token is transferred to the owner, and you can determine who it belongs to. But the path is doubtful - it is unlikely that all consumers will agree to be deanonymized.
I mean, you can't "shove blockchain everywhere". This is an interesting technology, but it is not applicable everywhere.
I am not sure if you have had a chance to watch the bollywood movie FASHION. It depicts the real behind the screen world.
The fashion is the world of glitz and glam and they are different people - ahead of everyone -whats to rule the world with their style and design.
So for them finances are of real importance. And they can go to any extreme to look iconic and more informed.

Immutability to copy of brand, im not able to think how is it possible with the use of blockchain? I mean we can register that brand or may be some design but there is no possible way that it will be cross verified when someone copies it?

I am sure we do not download clothes digitally in this universe (or parallel). All these technologies are good to keep the data integrity but brand protection and all seems way too stretched.
There is no way we can digitally download clothes, but I am sure in coming days it will be possible
The things we experience these days - we have not have imagined it in the wildest of our dreams.

Bunny slippers are a cute and fun addition to your casual work pajamas. They can be made from felt with a few basic supplies. First, you need to cut two oval shapes to use as ears. Cut another smaller oval to use as the nose. You can also use felt to create a face for your bunny. Cut a small circle for the eyes and a triangle for the nose. Finally, cut six rectangles to use as whiskers in https://www.fastfashionnews.co.uk/sleeper-atlanta-linen-dress-a-go-to-choice-on-a-hot-summer-day/

A company will attach "blockchain" to their corporate branding to lure in naive investors who don't know anything about cryptography to throw money at them. It's tiresome seeing it thrown around in industries completely unrelated and delegitimizes blockchain tech for actual suitable applications.

Quote
Luxury giants LVMH, Prada, and Cartier joined forces to launch the Aura Blockchain Consortium, a non-profit platform to create a digital twin for their fashion items. The platform leverages blockchain technology, which has the features of transparency and immutability to ensure that consumers of the brands are buying original copies.

The fashion industry is a multi-billion-dollar business, and it is constantly evolving. To stay ahead of the curve, companies need to adopt new technologies to improve their efficiency and security. One such technology is blockchain. Blockchain can revolutionise the fashion industry by making it more secure and efficient. We will discuss how the fashion industry benefits from blockchain technology.

Because is Fashion is all the glitter people look up to. In our country there is a kind of ritual which brides sister do at the wedding and ask for money from groom.
These days - it is also a fashion to ask for any bitcoin the groom has so that they get some good amount of money. haha
Oh yes, so far I have never thought in that direction because in my place I have never found such a ritual at a wedding. After all, not many people know Bitcoin here, so currencies like Bitcoin are still a new thing for some people in my place, that's why no one makes such rituals here and also rituals with other methods when there is a wedding.

That's clearly true, after all, every product brand from a well-known company will also get more interest from the crypto community when the company starts implementing Blockchain technology in it and product users from companies who are not familiar with Blockchain will see clearly that the company has using Blockchain technology to create a better system.

I agree, many brands are slowly making their way on crypto, last year we saw that top leading technology company bought their bitcoin, it also causes other people to buy what they are buying, it is good for a company to start using blockchain technology so that they will have a better reach of the people, they can create attention, and there's a lot of things to be made with blockchain, even at my work they are already creating their name in this technology many R&D are studying blockchain right now.
More and more companies who want to learn Blockchain and want to buy Bitcoin and apply Blockchain technology into the company system is a very good thing because it will always have a very good effect on Bitcoin and also the brand of the company and crypto lovers will also be very happy if in every year there are always new companies that want to adopt Blockchain technology.

Fashion industry is the glamour they make trends and promote it in the society
people look up to the fashion industry for what is going on around. So they have to look modern and classy also it depends on the owner interest too - if the owner is interested in crypto - they will surely promote it.
Indirectly it should be so, but I would be much happier and more happy if Blockchain technology could be present in all events in the community (not only about the fashion industry) so that it could provide better promotions for people who are not fully acquainted with Blockchain, because in the end all people will start to know Bitcoin when it starts to happen in the wider community.

This is a mutually beneficial relationship, in that famous brands assist blockchain technology to become more and more popular and interested in more users worldwide. The popularity of blockchain that will be the premise for people to use cryptocurrency will also increase. On the other hand, using blockchain also allows them to reach a wide range of customers, especially crypto customers like us, which enables them to increase revenues even further.

Adaptions like this, especially a famous fashion brand has a huge impact on the crypto industry. It could spread awareness, especially for people who still aren't aware of the function of cryptocurrency and how it works as a mode of payment. It will also be an advantage for crypto users who want to purchase brands using their crypto assets. It's a good thing that blockchain technology has been developing and emerging continuously.
On the one hand it is. Because basically they both have their respective advantages where crypto users can buy famous fashion brands using their cryptocurrency assets and also cryptocurrencies will become easily famous with such interactions at this time. Because it can also encourage more people to find out about blockchain technology that can provide benefits and financial freedom for every user.

this step is very enthusiastic where the level of marketing of one product is helped by the trend every year and the crypto / blockchain trend is becoming, a positive thing in my opinion
but behind all that should before popularizing it understand what blockchain and crypto itself is, the negative or bad side that occurs in knowing crypto as an example of frequent losses rug
Fashion is glamour and so is bitcoin. So they go side by side.
If they need to stay ahead they have to prove and show that they are ahead and know what are the latest trends and stuff going.

ICOs often get a bad rap in the media and over-regulation is bound to come, but here we see a clear use case and legitimate implementation of blockchain technology. This is not an outright taking of money by those who have invested in ICOS, but a real investment in creating a safer future for all of us involved in the fashion industry. very interesting.
Fashion is a glamorous world and they want everything skip and span.
So adding bitcoin to their purchase will show they are ahead and more modern - so nothing special many website are boosting that they offer bitcoin purchase too.

Blockchain to be used as a "this is an original and not fake" is not something that would gain any brand price. I mean if you have a bag that is from louis vitton or whatever, would you really whip out an app and show your friend it's an original? That would be a rude move, it would actually get you disliked more than using a fake one, if you do not have the money for it but want to get it, you get a fake one.

I can respect that, it's understandable, who would pay thousands of dollars to a bag anyway, you gotta be super wealthy. But, if you end up showing off with the blockchain tech, that's disgusting to me. Hence, it is not a good move, it's totally a wrong move for sure.

It is just about to say that blockchain technology doesn't just evolve in the cryptocurrency alone but it is somehow valuable and helpful in other areas as even shipping companies are already adapting to this.

With this integration, we come to think that it takes time for people to understand how it works and the time has come it was then appreciated and it works great. Fashion industry is huge which means that this could give a huge impact on blockchain and even encourgae others to try using this application.
Huge impact or not but its better rather than have nothing right? We do really need recognition and adoption which this crypto space is really going or heading even though there's soo much negative inputs and
impressions around not only came from the government but also in other people as well where they do have that bad views and impressions towards blockchain technology but sooner or later where they able to see such utility and relevance not only on easing up overall processing and efforts of a certain industry but rather making it more transparent which i couldnt really say that it would really be bad on any aspect.
They should see that advantage and possible relevance of its existence even though it might not getting much as of this moment but sooner or later they will.

This is another argument in favor of the fact that this mechanism will definitely not work for the mass market! Consumer psychology!
By the way, there may still be an option when people will buy a fake, really thinking that this is the original! I've already heard stories about fake Louis Vuitton stores and similar expensive brands! As I said - the only option is to mark each unit with a unique identifier, and link it to the data of the owner who buys it, to compare and limit the sale of counterfeit products, by checking, for example through a mobile application, whether an official copy of the product with such a unique number is sold or not ? Or was it produced at all, is there such a product identifier in the database
Fashion is glamor and glamor is all the glitter.
If you get attracted to something it is fashion and glamor and they have to show off they are on the top of everyone.

Yes, I know perfectly well what kind of consumer segment this is Smiley This is a battlefield where they are measured not by strength and skill, but by the cost of trinkets put on you Smiley I know one madam, the wife of a very wealthy Ukrainian ... well, let there be politics, so here it is constantly buys all collections of the brand ... let it be AAAA, which fall into Ukraine or Europe (of course, within its capabilities). At first I thought she was just a fan of this fashion designer. But the reality turned out to be more prosaic - she just argued with her friend (wife of no less wealthy) that her friend would never be able to buy this brand for herself Smiley))
At the same time, I know a case when a person flew to Ukraine from Japan for some model of sneakers to buy it, since in Japan this brand was instantly sold out Smiley
Amazing market! Now they will also be given crypto tokens so that they can be measured by tokens Smiley

It sounds positive, but I did not find a description of the process itself, which will ensure the "immunity" of original things from a high-quality fake. He had experience in implementations in the luxury fashion segment, it turned out that there is also a "black market" where high-quality fakes are made. Buyers showed examples of such fakes, it is actually impossible to distinguish them without being a high-class specialist. From fabric to accessories and seams, including markings and packaging - they fake it perfectly!
The only option is to save some data and somehow identify the buyer who bought this product. But this applies to single things, with a circulation of 1-3-5 things for the whole world. What if it's a mass product?
I think people who buy the fake ones do not really mind that. My wife for example ends up buying high quality fake brand stuff time to time, but also real ones as well. I asked her what's the difference, why not pick all fake ones or all real ones and just go one that one this? And she said it is based on the product.

Like let's say you are buying a bag for the summer to take to the beach, that's something you will use maybe 10 times a year at max, get a fake one, but you are buying a shirt to go with the jean, hence you will wear a lot? Go with the real one. So blockchain or not, people who will pick the fake ones will always go for the fake ones, and blockchain wouldn't stop that.

Everyone now knows that there is a difference between cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. Countries that ban Bitcoin have realized this difference and are working to take advantage of blockchain technology at the same time they ban Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. European countries, for example, still ban Bitcoin, but they have begun to use blockchain technology in Many vital applications such as schools, hospitals, banks, and others, so it is not surprising that international fashion houses have begun to realize the importance of the blockchain and are trying to take advantage of its great advantages. It's the age of blockchain and bitcoin.

For example, a few months ago, NFT tokens were a hot title, so if a designer added them to his art collection, he might get a free promotion, so designers are looking for a trend and adding it to their art collection.
As for the blockchain, its use in aspects other than cryptocurrencies has not proven to be of great economic feasibility.

What I'm trying to say is that what's happening here is to follow the wave regardless of the nature of the technology.
Oh wow, so there’s actually someone else who noticed the NFT SAGA, it was actually a very hot cake, designers would add them to their collections and get free promotions, Lol.

At that moment, it made pure sense and total beauty that cryptocurrencies were actually making their ways into beautifying fashion the more just like they have done to other fields. I still feel that Blockchain has not been broadly known and understood by the society yet, if not – it’s beauty would effect a lot.

Exactly, there are many fields out there yet to start the effective utilization of the blockchain technology all because they are yet to know about it, many that are into cryptocurrency only make use of it in the payment of their services using bitcoin and other altcoins but only few advance in it application going beyond just the buying of digital assets and making of transactions payment on goods and services, but the few uses the blockchain technology in other areas applicable for the professional businesses.

I don't get that need to throw blockchain at everything and see what sticks. It makes it look like it's this solution to everything type of tech and just sends out wrong messages. If it works for just one thing that should be enough, no? Or do we need to keep plastering it on any wall just so we can raise it's value?

Don't get the whole idea wrong, the fact that we are discussing on some important applicable areas this had benefited doesn't mean you should have an entire different meaning to it approach here, it's what we all know that lot of industries have now key into the use of the system to build more secure and reputable network they would ever wanted than the centralized ones been used before and we are not here painting the blockchain technology black on odds but rather engaging on the good offers therein.

They want to block imitation products; this is very clear. But we can also say that they are trying to give an innovative image to their customers. If they get involved in blockchain technology, they create a dynamic company image that closely follows innovations in the minds of their current customers and potential customers... I think they would do something better for us if they accept cryptocurrency payment instead of image work. Because if they do, they open up new spaces for mass adoption.

that's true, and slowly people will be more and more familiar with various blockchain products that including cryptocurrencies, so indirectly this will affect the adoption of cryptocurrencies in the future
Yes. I personally also really enjoy using any product related to blockchain and cryptocurrencies so some of the clothes I wear now also read Bitcoin and cryptocurrency which can also be a general promotion for everyone who sees me and meets me every day. So if there is a field of Fashion that can be developed further via blockchain, I think that would be even better.

Adaptions like this, especially a famous fashion brand has a huge impact on the crypto industry. I have seen on twitter - there are many artists, photographers who are selling their art pieces in exchange of NTF.
There is a huge scope - or maybe not because when I look at them they are not so expensive that people would purchase it (most of the time an ugly piece for)  such an expensive amount.
There are many people who are selling NFT's only to make money and they are not artists at all, and there are also famous artists, or maybe not even famous ones, who are just artists, and they make money from this as well. I met with one of them, dude was a guy who painted a lot until he met NFT, for over a decade and he said that he made more money in a single month selling his art in NFT form then he made in the past 10 years.

I agree that high inflation of course plays a role, but the peak of NFT period really saw some "real" artists make a ton of money as well. However, there are a ton who make like ape or gorilla or whatever and make a ton of money while being scammers too, so you gotta be careful.

I don't get that need to throw blockchain at everything and see what sticks. It makes it look like it's this solution to everything type of tech and just sends out wrong messages. If it works for just one thing that should be enough, no? Or do we need to keep plastering it on any wall just so we can raise it's value?

Ah, I remember ICOs back in the days, some of them were about using blockchain to fight counterfeit things and clothes. I thought all projects like that eventually died off, but apparently some didn't. I am not sure Blockchain is the most efficient thing for that, but I guess it can be used to access a blockchain record and confirm the item with some unique identifier.
Blockchain used to seem applicable to tons of things, but I think a very limited number of industries even tested out applicability in practice. There were experiments with blockchain voting and ticket sales, for example, but even these didn't really get widespread.

The application of blockchain technology has gone widespread across several industries as many of them now make use of the advantage in cryptocurrency to increase the performance of thier businesses and enterprises using the technology in their services, the economy is doubtlesslly not in dark towards the advancement of the crypto adoption and its relevance areas of application.

Among those embracing this great opportunity is the "Fashion Industry", in collaboration with different brands are working closely to overcome areas of challenges in the industry with the application of blockchain technology.

It is quite obvious that cryptocurrency is not only applicable to the use of digital currency for an exchange or store of value assets or for an investment but also the technology in blockchain has various applicable means it provides solutions into the economy, one of which they find secure to enlist all their brand products on the immutable distributed ledger while thousands of products and brands have join in this together.
I thought of this idea that how fashion brands can leverage blockhain to ensure the genuineness of their products and also ensure that copies of their product aren't sold in the market. But the problem here is that to create a platform where one can verify genuineness of it's product, blockchain isn't needed, one can create any such platform directly using a web server because decentralisation isn't a very big concern here for the people.

The use of blockchain technology even without cryptocurrencies is also considered a very important and profitable process, hence the great interest in the use of this technology from real companies with a real product. I think that this is also very important for the entire crypto industry, since the blockchain is an integral part of the entire industry. In turn, thanks to the advent of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies were born and became such successful assets. Companies that use blockchain strive to get all the benefits of this technology, which means getting a chance to get ahead of leaving competitors behind and get more success. I am sure that this trend will gain momentum and in the future many companies and not only will use blockchain technology.

it's very good they know the functionality of blockchain technology ... because basically blockchain technology can not only be applied to cryptocurrencies, but more than that, this technology can be applied to various sectors globally,, and even that includes the fashion sector,, for can maintain the originality of the goods in the sector and allow users to track how the goods arrived at their hands.. this is very good news because LV is a well-known brand globally and this will make the adoption of blockchain technology even more significant in the future
I will also feel very happy if the adoption of blockchain technology is significantly more developed in the future because it will make some people who don't believe in blockchain technology will start to open their minds and eyes to learn about blockchain technology. Especially if it could be possible for the fashion sector with a brand that is already very well known in the world so that people who use fashion products will begin to realize that the products they use are related to blockchain technology.

that's true, and slowly people will be more and more familiar with various blockchain products and that includes cryptocurrencies,, so indirectly this will affect the adoption of cryptocurrencies in the future

Not just stop only for authenticity and payment, but of course to gain the hype the crypto itself when NFT Exploded in crypto space there is so many brand that making nft to drive more people to look at it ~> Marketing Purpose.
There’s no other way for them aside from adopting the trends, if those companies will hesitate most probably, their competitor will take over the lead and that’s why they have to start adopting now. There’s a lot of companies who uses blockchain technology already, this help them provide a more transparent transactions within the organization. Some are creating their own NFT to attract more buyers, this is a good way of marketing though since its the trend.

a lot of popular brands are now looking into this NFT concept. which for me, is a lucrative industry in the making. remember, each brand has their own followers so there's no doubt some of them will avail their NFT collectibles even if most of them are not crypto users. so yeah, they will get their customers on this side of their business easy.

Exactly, now many are seing beyond the one sided application of bitcoin in realizing other great potentials and advantage blockchain technology could offer in cryptocurrency.

I think that these brands are trying to look "elegant" or "modern" using terms unknown to society, but they are very popular like the blockchain.
The use of blockchain in non-financial areas is not considered economically efficient or will achieve a better return than using central methods, so perhaps these brands will benefit from the financial situation, which seems to be in its best condition if you accept Bitcoin.

But i think this will make a difference, it takes someone to take the first step then others follows, with this i believe more are going to key into using this same system

If they want to look elegant and modern, they can show it better on their designs. I think innovative is a better term to be used there if they are using a blockchain technology because it was still new and only a few industries or companies are currently applying it. Cryptos are not a secret anymore and those who are researching everything to cryptos will find out what blockchain is, so no it's that unknown to the society.

Most of the Artists are getting crazy for NFT and they are doing spaces on Twitter about NFTs, Artists, photographers especially are making it labeled on their profiles and selling the junk stuff in huge amount - I am not sure if they are really making the sales or they are faking that their art is sold. Its a strange game. Which I am unable to understand.
Hardest part is to verify everything that you do see specially in news or social media but you could eventually make out some tracks if those NFT's been placed in a legit or known nft marketplace and its been sold out.

Its really that anticipated about certain industries and different key areas where artist, celebs and in related will be definitely be focusing out on certain areas which they do know that they could able to utilize their
popularity and reputation or via simply be depending on their skills towards with this current trend.

No doubt about using up blockchain tech on some parts of it and as long it would turn out to be beneficial then it do really expands the probabilities.

Maybe what they've done is the starting step for the next level of cryptocurrency acceptance. As stated in a previous quote, the usage of blockchain technology makes things better on financial system.
Though it's not totally the crypto that they adopt but it was its technology which is blockchain. Still both have a relation and those people will soon find out about cryptos and they will think that it will be a good idea to adopt it as well. I think the main feature of blockchain is transparency so yes it is perfect to use on the financial system which is why it's the first to be used on cryptocurrencies.

I think that these brands are trying to look "elegant" or "modern" using terms unknown to society, but they are very popular like the blockchain.

From a personal point of view, I like very much to see people using Bitcoin in their professions and investments, and by thieves I mean small investments and not at the level of large companies.
The field of fashion is a promising field, and Bitcoin serves as an emerging market, just as Bitcoin serves it as an emerging global market that needs more specializations that support its spread among the largest possible number of users.

Does anyone know a practical application that can be used to guarantee a physical end product or to purchase original copies by brand consumers? I used to think that the applications of the blockchain are limited only to ensuring the proof of ownership digitally and not physical things.

I hope we find a way to get original products because counterfeit goods have become the trend.

Cryptocurrency is strictly for digital currencies using cryptography. You are actually referring to blockchain in this context which has cut across different sectors of the world even down to our political activities either in a permissioned  or permissionless  blockchain setting. The beautiful setup of Bitcoin has you pointed out is the immutable ledger and the choice of making this ledger public to enhance transparency. blockchain so far remains the future

As stated in a previous quote, the usage of blockchain technology makes things better on financial system. What's been added to the brand makes the customer happy in terms of receiving the original product, when we get to use copy products thag doesn't have any difference.

Further if they add cryptocurrency payment option this will be better, because usage of blockchain makes it a platform that is ahead of others. Same need to be done on the payments side, which seems to be a better way to show that they're adoptive to the growing technology and financial system.

I think I've seen already this somewhere like a sneakers brand and it's going to be really helpful for those brands to collab with each other to protect their brands and sale.

It's actually one of the usage of blockchain in having that intact record for the customers if they have the actual and legitimate brand and is not a copy that they've got in the market.

Sounds good and this is just one of the use that these companies to have with blockchain.

The medial marijuana industry did something similar in years past. Where the production and distribution of THC products were recorded in a blockchain ledger to verify their legitimacy and integrity.

These apps are on private blockchains to deter unwanted 51% attacks.

It would appear blockchain technology is well suited for these types of applications. As matson, walmart and others have used them for years without apparent issue.

First of all it's good that they do understand the fact that Blockchain is not bitcoins which also means that the technology does not have to go through the harsh outlines that the government defines for Bitcoins as a whole, what I do know is, Blockchain is being used around the world and there are more than 50 applications! It can help in keeping a good log in the library or it can essentially be used in any other MNCs as well.

Banking, healthcare, log keeping, all these places does need a little bit of help from the Blockchain so that they can be more secure, since it can be extended to cyber security as well !

The best part is they are creating a ' non- profit' organization as well ! Therefore it can be used for small business organizations and make things way more international.
