You need to pay 0.1 mBTC per 1000 Byte of your transaction.

1 input is about 180 byte.

So if you have 1000 Inputs you'll need to pay at least 18 mBTC or 0.018 BTC to send it.

There is no going around that.

And how much time it would take to confirm?

As long as you pay the min fee, it should get included in a block soon even for a huge tx.

It might take a bit more time if you pay min fee, but it will eventually get confirmed, because some pools don't take low-fee transactions.
If he needs it done ASAP, he should probably put 1.2x - 1.5x that fee. 

1.3x should be enough. If he wants to ensure it happens, he might as well put 2x fee lol

Hello everyone i have a bitcoin wallet which balance totals 1btc the problem is that a whole bitcoin was made from 1000 transactions with 1btm how much it would take to confirm if i would i would send 1btc and pay 0.1btc fee or it doesn't really matter you pay 10ksat fee or 0.1btc fee? Give your advice on how to make the transaction go faster.
