Really easy experience - signed up at 6:16, sent BTC at 6:46, money in my PayPal just two and a half hours later! Not only that, but the fees are the cheapest out of all methods I looked at. If only buying bitcoins was as easy Smiley

Great company!

I've completed 5 transactions with FC4B and I am very pleased with the service. I received a company check from FC4B as payment for BTCs sold. My bank rejected the check for some reason. When I contacted FC4B about the issue, they were already aware of it and had already sent a new check to replace the "bad" one and included additional funds to cover the returned-check fee my bank charged me. I didn't have to do anything except re-deposit the check. Well done!!!

I've sent some bitcoins.
Has 24 confirms, still nothing.
It even said it's refused now.
Looks like a scam to me.

Koelen3.

koelen3 figured it out.  The 7 months of operation, and over 200,000 Bitcoins purchased was all cover to steal koelen3 7 BTC.
Well now it was simply the fact that funds were sent late and the order expired.  While the blockchain may operate 24/7 occasionally our employees do need to sleep and eat.
Order refunded promptly.

I can confirm.
Got refunded and had great communication.
Will give it another try in a few hours.

I'm sorry for my earlier message, I can now confirm this is legit.

Great service, used this vendor before when they were selling MP codes on bitmit.  The new automated service is much better and is now my preferred method of cashing out coins.  I used the MP option this time, and will probably use the bank of america cash deposit option next time Smiley

First time user.

Placed my (Paypal) order in the wee hrs. this morning and woke up with money in my account@ 9:30AM.

I am wondering if your 4 processing times each day are on the clock chime quadrants (9-12-3-6) ?
(sorry if I missed the info posted somewhere)

Would come in handy knowing this if we found ourselves in a time constraint.

VERY PLEASED and will no doubt return.

 Grin  Grin  Grin

Thanks for the feedback.

We don't have a fixed schedule but generally speaking we make a payment "in the morning", "around noon", "in the evening", and "last call".  As a small startup, with partners who have other jobs and duties, I am reluctant to state an exact payout schedule but we aim for 08:00, 12:00, 19:00, 01:00.

We look for ways to make this (and other payout) information more clear to our valued clients.  As our transaction volume grows we are looking into hiring an employee to handle payouts and customer support.  This would allow a more fixed schedule with shorter intervals.

Had some issues with our mail being lost/stolen, Tangible always responded promptly and ate several fees for reship, check cancellation and ACH.

Glad to hear it Gary.  All our processing is offline (cold wallet, PINs stored on offline server).  This means no instant delivery but it also means no "instant thefts". Smiley  Generally we deliver MoneyPaks in 4-6 hours.  Sometimes it is faster than that and occasionally (like if we run out of stock after hours) it can take longer.

Reliability: 5/5
Quickness: 5/5
Support: 5/5

I've used FC4B multiple times. Their service definitely does not make me happy....it makes me ecstatic! Haha, but for real, this is one of the most reliable and speedy services I have used. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Talked to the owner once or twice, he was really helpful and courteous. There was one instance where it was 30mins til cutoff for the bank cash deposit and he still took care of it. I was really surprised, most other companies would simply say "come back tomorrow" And that was the first time I've ever dealt with them, not even an every day customer. Since then I've sold well over 100 coins and have had a great experience every time.

Definitely plan on using their services again!

I've sold a little bit over 500BTC for around $5,000 to TC over the last couple weeks using various methods (overnight ACH, bankwire, Dwolla, and MoneyPak so far). The service is extremely fast and everything generally goes perfectly every time. Any time I've had an issue, I've just sent TC a PM on here. Every time I've messaged them, there has been a response within an hour (once in under 3 minutes), and the issue has been resolved just as quickly.

They are excellent about acting on feedback as well, so if you have any issues definitely let them know!  Originally MoneyPaks ranged from $100 - $500, but this wouldn't let you purchase a $500 MP due to the $5 fee. I let TC know, and it was fixed within an hour.

This is just an all-around great service, and I'll be using you guys for cashing out my BTC for as long as you're around!

Thanks for everything.

Great and easy service with very quick responses whenever I asked a question.

...

(Hope TC doesn't mind me including the other guys in the sheet.)

No certainly don't mind.  I tried looking for your thread where you started the comparisons but I couldn't find it.  If you haven't already done so I would update that thread you got an interesting comparison going.

In full disclosure you got lucky on the fastcash->dwolla.  Most Dwolla/PayPal transfers average 2-6 hours because we run them in batches.  Sometimes due to timing sellers will get a super fast delivery but I didn't want to make it seem like your results were typical.
With D3 Gold drying up my source of BTC income is slowing down, so I won't have too much more to cash out to do tests with Wink

I will update that post in a few days... I'm hoping MtGox->Dwolla finishes in that time so that I can include that as well. I must say, the delay to do MtGox->Dwolla has really become unacceptable when compared with all the other tests XD

Sold them 150 BTC using ACH. My submission helped them catch a bug, but they were very polite and effective at dealing with the situation. They even explained some additional things to me as how they work differently then what I thought.

I know it is not part of their FC4BTC program, but the same people also sell BTC. So just wanted to give them feedback on that, in that I was treated exactly the same across both platforms. I would happily buy/sell from Tangible again and plan to in the future. The fees from Bitinstant were just too much compared to Tangible.

The only feedback I would give them is to possibly look into ways for people to become more "trusted". I would have loved to pay them cash through Paypal or another method once I earned their trust. I think it could possibly help with funding accounts as well. I hope some day I can send them money through either PP or directly from my Wells account to their Wells account to avoid all fees.

I've got a new ACH deposit going through as of today, but here's my experience with FastCash4Bitcoins so far:

Direct transfer (ACH) to Ally Bank took 6 days, 20 hours, 35 minutes from time I sent the BTC to the time it landed in the bank. 3 of those days were non-business days, so approximately 4 days for the ACH transfer to clear to Ally.

PayPal took 6 hours and 28 minutes from the time I sent the BTC to the time I received the funds.

Will follow up when my current ACH transfer is done!

Also, would like to do a Dwolla transfer but it's still down...

All dealings with the admin(s) have been very professional. They are quick to follow-up with concerns and questions on multiple mediums (this forum, e-mail, and even reddit).

Hey there,

so I just did my first trade with FastCash4Bitcoins, worked fine, even though there was a small hickup, but all in all it was a decent and fast deal.

I'm opening this thread here to keep feedback separated. TangibleCryptography is a decent dealer, and I want feedback for them separated from their announcements, mainly to avoid the situation where people will still be asking whether the service is legit within the next year, like they still do on jeremy wests spendbitcoins.com.
