We have btc ATMs here, but the exchange rates are terrible.
Gemini only allow ACH which takes time, like coinbase.
Glidera was recently bought by kraken, so they are useless.
If you ACH via coinbase, it locks in that price which is good.
Note that coinbase is a UK company and depending on where you live, visa might charge you a foreign transaction fee.
There are some credit cards that remove those fees.

If you could manage to get multiple payment methods, you could use them in multiple exchanges. (e.g multiple exchanges accepting PayPal, Credit cards, Skrill etc.) You will clearly need to go through the KYC If you don't want to have limits and It could take you sometime until you buy a large amount. An alternative way would be to find someone in the currency exchange section with large stock and trade with.
I want to know if any of you know what the fastest way is to change USD into BTC for large amounts? Coinbase and most exchanges offer ACH and wire for large amounts but takes about 5 days to clear, which is what I am trying to prevent.
I know I can buy using VISA/Mastercard and have it immediately, but that is for low amounts.
