Dwolla is not the fastest by any means.....3 Business days for funds to transfer from your bank account to your Dwolla account.....

Right now I only have bank accounts and a paypal account that I can transfer funds to and from online.

You might consider a local trade, where you exchange cash for BTCs in person.

I'm aware of:

If you are near a hackerspace, you may find someone with funds who would be willing to trade.  Or perhaps someone who is a member of a Bitcoin-related meetup would do a trade?

Some traders like myself will sell you BTC for Green Dot MoneyPaks which can be bought for cash at major retail stores: https://www.moneypak.com/StoreLocator.aspx. Visit the currency exchange page for traders and, of course, use caution when trading:

Right now I only have bank accounts and a paypal account that I can transfer funds to and from online. I've heard about Paxum and Dwolla etc but I'm wondering which service offers the quickest method to turn cash into BTCs. Anyone with experience in this area that can tell me their opinion on this? Thanks!
