local bitcoin make a account and sell a few for cheaper than the going
rate so you can build up reputation.

then start selling them in 1-2 btc at a time.

you got to build up. Its gonna be tough to trust or be trusted
to meet with someone and make a 5k ish transaction.

That's a good option to sell through localbitcoins.com, Even there are traders who are accepting bulk volume of bitcoins.

Completely agree.

The OP could even offload them by putting up cash deposit online ad and offer at spot and would have no trouble unloading them.  I do think you would draw some attention if you did that.

I would mix it up by adding a couple of exchanges like someone else mentioned.

Also, when unloading them quickly, think about how you are going to collect the money.  The quickest option- electronically- leaves the biggest trail.  If you are going to meet up in cash, don't sell big amounts until you feel comfortable.  Selling 10 or more btc at a time, and you're talking carrying over 3k on you.  What are you going to do with the cash?  Keep it on you the whole day?  What if you have more than 1 sale?  Before you know it, you could have over 20k on you and you're walking down the street suspicious of everyone.

Anything that requires a deposit somewhere will leave a money trail.

What youre looking for is other people you pay for as moving your money can be referred as smurfs or aka mules. Which that trust is hard to come by..

Don't take too much risk for this because it;s huge amount the better way is to do it in your local place meet the person and once you recived your money then transfer your bitcoins. Online transfer that too huge 3 or 4 btc at  time is risky i think.

Having a regular bulk buyer thats local is the only route.

You do $20k within 1 year of transactions in only a few days its sketch through a normal cash deposit, its going to look suspicious unless you have a normal business that makes over six figures.

Yup Even I have a experiance with localbitcoins normally. now presently I used to hold the bitcoins due to halving!
that's true, but its not a reason for us to not trade or sell bitcoins,i believe some people here have good reputation to sell or buy bitcoin, and if we must use localbitcoins, the only way to make good transaction is looking for old traders there.

Hello,

I am inquiring as to what is the fastest way to offload my multiple bitcoins -

I have enough to sell in lots of 10

(mods if this is not the section for this then please move or let me know thankyou)

just find people that would buy them, search for them here on forums or online, i am sure that there are plenty of people that would like to buy bitcoins

or just search for a good exchange site that let you change bitcoins to money, or find a ATM and get your money there, that should help you

Localbitcoins is your best bet. Not only you can trade with the person in real life, and in person, which means you have more ground to negotiate on, and thus getting a better rate, but it also means less fees, and less worries about security.

If you can't use localbitcoins, then use a legit exchange like Kraken or coinbase.

I think bitcoin debit cards which can deliver card in postal address can be your solution. this cards usaully have 3000$ atleast maximum limit to withdraw you can use them without answering any question. ( i mean without KYC and verification).

If youre hitting up localbitcoins, just be aware law enforcements are now watching volume of trades being done.

Just dont do the obvious $10k per 1 transaction and create a small form.

I`ll post the florida incident here, if I can find it again. But you can probably google it.

find a good exchange sites that lets you do that, fees should be smaller too because you sell lots of at same time

or another good thing you can do, is to sell someone in real life, or find a buyer here on forum,  i am sure that there are people that wants to buy lots of bitcoins at same time

20 per deal ain't a lot. If you have a real big chunk find an otc deal or a dark pool deal via an exchange. I know itbit and kraken do them.

The easiest and risk free method is to have accounts with 5 trading exchanges that exchanges to USD and divide your portfolio, the smaller the amount the faster it gets bought.
Why do we need 5 exchanges, while we can split the order into 5 smaller ones in the same exchange, right?
Or is to avoid any tax implications?
Five exchanges are necessary because the OP said the fastest way to sell bulk btc, but opening 5 orders with one exchanger is not a bad idea also.

The fastest way it to order a bitcoin debit card, and lift the limit to use the most of it and withdraw the bitcoins in the nearest ATM, otherwise finding someone locally would be better.

i think pretty good way is to find a buyer that wants lots of bitcoins and sell to him, there should be bitcoin buyers that wants to buy them in bulk, and of course you can try to sell them in bitcoin exchange sites, though i'm not sure if it's not risky

Use localbitcoins.

You can also sell to big exchanges. But they do need your KYC information for bulk selling and buying.

i will always suggest using an exchanger for selling bitcoin, the price is always good (meaning the current price not above/below market for buy/sell) and also you can trust an exchanger more than you can trust another person on the internet with no address. but you might be limited to verification process which takes time.

Kraken.com, Bitstamp.net, bitfinex.com, use these 3 exchanges, you should have enough monthly limits between these 3 to exchange your bitcoins quickly.

Don't use localbitcoins, you risk fraud, plus not quick.

Find traders on Localbitcoins, choose your preferred payment method and start selling, since there are lots of buyers on LBC, it'll be easier for you to sell them their swiftly as compared to the exchanges because there is a verification process, which might take some time and then there are limits as to how much you're allowed to sell in a day.

You can sell it here on the forum too but you'll mostly find buyers with paypal and similar methods which can be charged back so that's not recommended.
