FATF is another useless institution- It cannot do anything to stop the terrorism as in countries like India and Pakistan, Terrorists can easily be hidden in security forces and FATF doesn't know anything regarding their internal activities inside that countries since security forces can hide such terrorist activities in their operation of interest
