My suggestion would be using coinbase; you can use my 3rd party escrow service for your faucet, however I am still working on the API :/
You could use vouchers of 3rd parties 
Like vircurex, mt.gox, bitstamp(but this is imho the worst option as they require your ID to withdraw now

I had just recently made a faucet with the inputs.io api and as most of you know inputs is no longer active. I'm looking into other options for the payout, anyone have any other suggestions?
