Is your intent to sell the script or share if for free?
If intent is to sell, then you should write ALL the code yourself. Modding a free script and then charging money for it is not cool.
But I didn’t see any price mentioned anywhere and sharing mods that you have done is perfectly cool as long as you’re accrediting the original programmer for the base script. (I know I’ve helped people to modify their faucet scrips on occasion.)
So, could you clarify the intent of the original post? There seems to be some confusion regarding intent...
