They have script on their site to download and install. But that is autofaucet script.

Yes may be , i am not using anyone's script bcoz i coded my own.
Viefaucet.com I see the live site only support Bitcoin? How about the IonCube loader, I know it is for protecting your script code, but how do we know this code is not malware? 
No body will give u open source script unless you order a cutomized script for your own and that will charge a good amount of money. He is selling his script which many are using so either you trust him or make your own. Gr8 faucet or any commericial faucet script will come with IonCube encryption.
Majority of time developer who are selling script will not cheat unless you really bought from a doubtfull person or agency.
you can have a copy of the script i run on my tbtc testnet faucet... This being said, you'll probably have to add some extra features and security checks if you want to run it on the main net to avoid abuse.

Are there any out-of-the box working faucet software scripts which are also trustable.
We tried both Wordpress faucet plugins, but they are buggy and not maintained anymore.

MakeJar is good script and he is maintaining it from ages.
ExpressCrypto also have a autofaucet script available in their site.
FaucetPay also providing a script available in their site.
For custom script you can contact " tungaqhd " above my post , he is having a decent script but u have to buy it.
There is also available script to buy is GR8 Faucet script
