Beta phase is over and the faucet is stable and officially launched 
Strangely it worked for me yesterday for like two logins and now I get the same error again. I haven't received that error on any other site.
Maybe you could add another captcha option for logging in (like solvemedia)?

Sadly I cannot replace it, this captcha is meant to stop bots, automated and spamming scripts, solvemedia cannot do that.

Recaptchav3 is the latest google invisible captcha who calculates score based on your activity in browser. Sadly I cannot do anything about this one, to get recaptchav3 invalid is very rare and is only given if it finds suspicious activity.

What is your username ? I do not see any error on the backend, usually when you click register on any site and it does not respond back it means the front UI is not updated however your account gets registered. Did you receive registration email and try to login ? If not, did you try register again ?
