Are you looking for alternatives as faucet owner or user? If you are owner try with epay because they don't charge fees. If you are faucet user try xapo and/or epay. You can try new micropayment faucetsystem, but they are charging fee's for users and there are only few faucets.

http://epay.info Is great for faucet owners! Have active and helpful admin! Also NO FEES! Has been working well with my faucet. ePay has been in development and looking great so far! Admins made it easy for faucetbox owners to migrate over! Come check it out!
http://www.faucetsystem.com looks like the closest thing to faucetbox imo. If you're looking for something similar, you should go with them.
On the other hand, Faucethub looks like it will be more professional. I think having multiple options is healthy.
