Putting a shorten url that contains your referral link isn't allowed in btctalk
For those who didn't understand yet how to access the sites, you need to write :
goo.gl/Vrxyv* (last letter removed because it will refers you to the referral link of OP) then you will get the faucet in this case : http://faucet-freebitcoin.com/ which gives 1016 satoshi every 1440 mins

Fair enough, I'm sure I could taken the time to read that somewhere but I'll plead ignorance just the same. At this VERY entry-level stage of the crypto-currency world altogether, my feeling is that if people have trouble figuring out or taking the time to copy two halves of a link together, then going to the trouble of creating my own webpage just to promote these same things probably won't yield a much better result...I'll start making webpages when I see a SINGLE satoshi come through a referral somewhere from admittedly shadier posts like these, but until then I'll have to take my chances. I do appreciate the feedback though, this is all a learning experience for me

That's because you're shortening the url which this forum blocks you from doing (because you're not allowed to post referral links).
Make a wepage linking all your referral links, then post the url of your web page here, and you'll get the same thing done without us doing all that mumbo jumbo and you risking your account over it.
