I'm not joking actually
I listen to chopin at work because it keeps me calm during the day
I get it and I can see what you mean. Listening to rock definitely can be destructive, you just want to bang the table and shake your head like a mad man and suddenly you realize that the last
30 minutes you got 0 work done.

I should try to listen to classical music during work and see how it goes. BTW, what would you recommend?

Sometimes I use to listen to those piano relaxing music, flowing of water in the river when I don't want to listen to any band music.

Usually I listen to Queen and Air supply songs but I can't turn the volume on full.
Queen and air supply songs are not just good to listen but it’s also good to sing along, specially when your on the shower or outside the house and doing something in garden lol..missing Freddie

I like heavy metal kinds of stuff, and my favorite band of all time is Avenged Sevenfold, especially their early album when their genius drummer was around to make good songs

What music do you guys like to listen to when you are working or trading?
I generally love classic rock from the 60s and 70s, but I find that as background music something catchy from the 80s works better.

same, AC/DC, and Pink Floyd  :0

AC/DC is automatic +1000 profit any day )) Money Talks huh?

probably metallica, I consider And Justice For All to be the greatest metal/rock album of all time.  They still sound great and I would totally recommend seeing them in concert if you can.

I used to like Metallica and other bands a lot, but then I grew up and my music tastes have changed. At this point Metallica can be considered "dad rock", lol.
Huh, I think their early stuff is actually objectively very good with complex compositions and interesting ideas.

And Justice For All is an awesome album! Though for me, the most favorite song by them is For Whom the Bell Tolls. I just love the book and the song communicates the atmosphere so perfectly.

Nice one! I've never been to a live performance by a major band... But I have ear condition so maybe that's a good thing for me.
