I am really liking the miss marple series, very very cool

All over Youtube

Haha really? Or do you just really like whodunits with D-list British celebs?  Grin I see Nicolas Winding Refn directed one. That ahold be interesting.

Cryptopher -- you should give it a go.. it starts off slow and actually took me a while to really get hooked. It's a really deep and gritty show with amazing writing and lots of great characters

I'll have to set some time aside for it - I've neglected my Xbox One for a whole week since watching GoT. How many episodes are there per season?

10-12 ep per season, 5 seasons total. Each episode is an hour long and the finale is 1 hour 30 mins. It's like Breaking Bad.

Can't wait for Game of Thrones on April 6th!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gSg_gJkU7ko --it already looks awesome. Go team khaleesi!!

No one in this thread has seen The Wire?? Wow... one of the best shows of all time. It was the breaking bad of 2006

One of my friends at work recommended The Wire to me after I finished Breaking Bad. I'm not one for watching TV militantly but having just blitzed through Game of Thrones perhaps I am changing my ways haha.

Breaking Bad
Dexter
The Walking Dead
Family Guy
Modern Family

Breaking Bad, Dexter, The Walking Dead. Patterns emerging. I haven't watched the latter, and only seen a bit of Dexter but it's safe to say that all three must be great Cheesy

In terms of stuff I'm currently watching, my lady friend and are I are going through Friends, which is definitely a sitcom classic. Otherwise, I just finished watching the new "season" of 24/7: Road to the NHL Winter Classic and I'm in the middle of Secret Diary of a Call Girl.

Other favorites (depending on which season we're speaking of):

-Entourage
-Californication

I also really enjoyed Breaking Bad.

Definitely entourage.

Outside the ones mentioned above as well.

-Shark Tank
-Dragons Den

For people who are into business.

Top Gear
The Big Bang Theory
Lots and Lots of Anime that ( Do they count as t.v? Cheesy )

Haha, I guess so.

Ahh how could I forget about Top Gear, and TBBT - though admittedly I haven't watched either in quite a while.

I got around to watching GoT last weekend, on S2E7 at the moment.

Inspired by the movie recommendations, I thought that it might be useful to share recommendation on favourite television programmes.

Doesn't matter how obscure, if it has been broadcast on television on a regular basis then it counts Smiley
