I would suggest you to look into the Bounties (Altcoins) section of this forum. There are many ICOs running bounty campaigns there where people with Facebook and twitter accounts can promote them and gain rewards in tokens as bounties.
But you are still a newbie now. So I suggest you to build up your rank as well because most bounties have some rank restrictions.
Also only use one FB account - per bitcointalk account. Enrolling multiple accounts into one facebook bounty is considered as cheating and you will get negative trust for doing that.

If your pages are crypto-related and are really effective when it comes to advertising, you might find users that will be interested in your service, even you are just a newbie (but higher rank is a plus). But if you're referring to joining a campaign, with your rank, you'll have hard time finding one. So better rank up first.
