Now panic selling occur mainly on Chinese stock exchanges. Therefore it is necessary to move to coins that are not represented on the Chinese stock exchanges. This is TIPS, DIME, CAGE, COL, MOON, MEOW, DOGE. That is what is happening now, so their rates are rising. IMO.

In the long term, if the market is going to jump back up why convert bitcoins into alto while incurring loses in bitcoins due to fees? If the market doesn't jump back up- God forbid-, Dogecoin is 99.99% likely to crash as well.
