The truth does not surprise me coming from a nation where they live in a blind communism, always the way they can arise is
through cheating, as do Cuba and Venezuela, the only thing is that these last countries do not have as much knowledge as

I don't believe that North Korea has so good hackers. Only the elite of North Korea has access to computers and internet. Maybe they hired Russian or Chinese hackers.
That can be a big possibility. Or they hired Chinese or Russians to teach and train a pool of North Koreans to be good at the job. With enough incentives and of course some small threats if they don't well, some genius in North Korea will have no choice but to do their best and show results otherwise their own lives can be in danger. There is nothing the government of NoKor will not do just to get the results they all wanted...including hacking banks and cryptocurrency exchanges. I am hoping that soon good countries can find ways to deal with this menace and have NoKor a taste of its own medicine.

North Korea uses cyber attacks to circumvent international sanctions. This statement was made by Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI for cybersecurity, information technology and intelligence Tonya Ugoretz at a conference from the Aspen Institute, reports Korea Herald – South Korean English-language news outlet.
In particular, Ugoretz stressed that North Korean hackers hacked Sony Pictures Entertainment systems in 2014, robbed Bangladesh Bank in 2016, and in 2017 launched an epidemic of the encryption virus WannaCry.
“Sanctions are having an economic impact, so cyber operations are a means to make money, whether it’s through cryptocurrency mining or bank robbery,” Ugoretz added.
The representative of the Director of National Intelligence of the United States, Erin Joe, said that the FBI and several other US agencies intend to oppose the criminal activities of the DPRK in the field of cryptocurrency to cover this source of funding for Pyongyang.
