Also tried to use a minerd command for terminal, doesn't work either.
Getting this error now on terminal;

dyld: Library not loaded: /opt/local/lib/libidn.11.dylib

When I try to connect to a pool, I get an error saying this;

Miner failed to start. Make sure you have the minerd executable and libraries in the same directory as Feathercoin-Qt.

However, solo mining is working fine at about 8Khash/s
Can someone please explain me how to connect to the pool?

Can you take a screen shot of the error, imgur it and post it here. The client was only tested on the development Mac which is not a fair test. I may need to bundle some extra files with the release.
