Really , I don't see too many current bitcoin users donating for "political" reasons.
But i smell a mudslide of money laundering once this gets legal.

3-3 deadlock is not exactly a resounding "no". Expect this to be debated again, and again soon enough,
bitcoin NOT ok, but super PACs are just fine.. because logic.
Again, once some form of regulation of btc happens, they will be more than happy to accept donations in btc... 
They should be happy to get whatever contributions they can get... if they want fiat, then cash out the BTC donations..
