They'll cut rates, print more money and watch bitcoin surge. Jacob Wolinski made a good article regarding this process which I think is quite on point. Link: https://www.valuewalk.com/2019/09/bitcoin-price-boost-fed-devere/

More money has already been printed, we should forget about raising the price of Bitcoin.

The federal reserve cut on interest rate was a crucial choice to be made to alleviate the economic damage brought by the economic war between the United States and the Republic of China. The US is hoping that the economy and the US dollar will be able to recover. If the US economy will continue to go down, the value of dollar will also go down and so there are two things that will happen to bitcoin. First is that the big industries will shift to bitcoin and will bring about a bullish movement to bitcoin. Second is that the value of US dollar will go down and this will also affect the value of bitcoin and possibly cause a bearish effect.

How does the latest announcement of federal reserve rate cuts impact the price of Bitcoin? should we expect a big push in its price? As I know mroe money printing follows which is in favor of bitcoin.

I think that we should not expect a significant change in the price, it will not affect btc so much
