Not a BIG deal. I personally am a huge fan of this though! It means coins will be anonymous.
It isn't a big deal because anyone can code a coinmixer easily (there are many for bitcoin to anonymize your money before getting your alt-coin). But, the big deal to me is that it is in the wallet - and this could mean that anyone with a TIPS wallet could essentially be charged with money laundering.
Either way, while it may decrease the legality of the coin, it benefits the users
Anonymity and avoiding the govt > legality is a the scary, but great reality this service offers
