Thank you everyone, I was confused what it is but now it's clear what is Raw Size and Virtual size. With 3 satoshi per virtual size, the transaction was confimed after approximately 10 hours. That's much cheap.

For the record... the "best" explorer I've seen at displaying "correct" transaction sizes and fee rates is actually btc.com: https://btc.com/8a95f05d72d9283bfd759352d3053c04e16e6674ee4c451bd1a72b09d14a3a0e

You can clearly see the "raw" size, the "virtual" size, the "weight"... and then the fee rate paid in BTC/kVB:

Note: You can work out the sats/vByte by dividing by 1000 => 3000 / 1000 = 3 sats/VByte

And... it got confirmed.

You just got unlucky with BTC randomly pumping another 10% (which usually results in a lot of transactions for a few hours)).

According to your transaction, you have a lock time at block:578041 this block height is under antpool you can check it here https://www.blockchain.com/btc/block/000000000000000000127f2b985ff6de10028c73c181bbf2d244acf9fd328937
-snip-
That's not how Lock time works.
It simply indicates that the transaction can now be "mined" after that block.

@Little Mouse fees are pretty low at the moment, you can rest easy as your 3sat/byte got a good chance of getting confirmation today, unless the mempool got abruptly congested within the next hours.

Since your transaction is not included on their block possible your transaction is rejected from them.

However, if there is another block generated there is a possibility that your transaction might include soon once if they accept low fees.

I suggest you increase the miner's fee and follow the fees from a calculator like this one https://coinb.in/#fees

You can bump the fee by right clicking on the transaction on the history tab and choosing increase fee, set a new fee, then click sign and broadcast.

The fee per vbyte is what matters for getting your transaction confirmed. The fee per byte is pretty much irrelevant. You transaction has a fee of 3 sat/vbyte, and that is what is relevant to miners.

Having said all that, it still might not confirm within 24 hours. There is currently around 11 MB of transactions with a fee above 3 sat/vbyte, and this is currently on an upward trend (https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#1,8h). As your transaction is opted in to Replace By Fee, if it is vital it confirms within 24 hours, then you might want to consider increasing the fee.

1.734 sat/byte.
Then I have messed up seriously, I thought to use 3 satoshi per byte. What's the odd that the transaction will take more than 24 hours to be confirmed, I need it within 24 hours.
(I may be wrong) but I think that this tx has the same effect as a 3 sat/byte tx; while you only paid 1.734 sat/byte because of the Segwit “discount”.

That’s a Segwit transaction (which is calculated differently).

Your tx has a fee of 3 sat/vByte or 1.734 sat/byte. Basically, that’s why Segwit transactions are cheaper. However, I don’t know the technical details about this, so that’s all I can say. Cheesy

You can see it here (in a explorer that supports Segwit): https://blockstream.info/tx/8a95f05d72d9283bfd759352d3053c04e16e6674ee4c451bd1a72b09d14a3a0e

Blockchain.info doesn’t, so they don’t see that.

I have used manual fee (3 satoshi per byte) and the size was 111 bytes as per electrum when I sent the transaction. Later, i checked it in the explorer and surprisingly the size is 192 bytes and the fee 1.734 satoshi per bytes.
