You might have ticked "Enable output value rounding".
It's labeled as a privacy feature because it may fool forensics on identifying which output is the change.

Looks pretty normal. I haven't enabled privacy feature on my electrum as I just use different wallets and would rather deal with privacy myself (and pay less for fees).

There may have been something of coin join or similar but there are ways where you'd find someone sending funds like you were and you'd get them to pay your bill and you'd pay theirs (obviously with a level of trust) and it anonymises you better. Also it stops some forms of blockchain forensics where all outputs are tracked to work as effectively as it could.

It is the first time that I have seen this notification[1] even though I haven't changed my wallet settings? Is this normal? Can someone explain to me what is the benefit of this feature?
I did a google search and couldn't find anyone talking about it, but I can see it as part of the code[2].
