You're 5 years late, it was a popular business to run long ago. There are scripts worth about $150 already coded doing exactly what you're doing. Members like and earn points. FB, YT, Insta, etc are usually included. And yep you will get a ton of cheaters (over 80%) who will
unlike/proxy/VPS/bot.
You may also be eligible to receive a letter from FB lawyers....
Thanks for this comments man. I'd take note of those few you mentioned (unlike, proxy, vps, bot) and see whether it impacts. The features and platform I am launching is way more superior than the scripts and points you mentioned. It includes game-based (not just gamification) - its a bit more like a community-driven app where companies come together to motivate and encourage positive action. A LITTLE bit like ready player 1.

So this is more of part of a bigger eco-system then a singular feature. We're legitly using facebook api / graph so this should be ok.

It matters for sure.
I would be interested in testing it if you need testers.

It is cool but try to make system where you can see when somebody try to cheat. If you use blockchain technology you can see all of user actions and can block that people.
hmm i won't see those cheating actions on the Facebook side unless they are on the same chain and we have some interoperable integration. we'd find some off-chain solution!

Hi guys!

I'm working on a platform extension for companies to create "community challenges". It's a bit like crowdsourcing. And one of the use-cases are marketing tasks like "liking a facebook page".

So the feature will be: Like the page within the app (embedded) and I get a reward. The process is automated.

I have a problem. What if someone who already liked a page unlikes and likes the same page to cheat?
I can disqualify if the person unlikes from my app. But if he unlikes outside my app, i can't check.

Or does it matter and any likes on the company page will get rewarded? Kind of like, giving "power" back to the consumer.

Are there other cases you think I could consider?

Also, do you think its cool?

It matters for sure.
