Thanx everyone!
It is working. Like you said I typed exact amount, it was transferred, and fees were paid from my account and not from money I was sending. Nice!

This might be of help to you https://coinb.in/#fees

It’s from loyces fees are low topic.

Inputs are the transactions leading to that one (the number of transactions in your wallet required to fund the transaction). Outputs are essentially, how many addresses you’re sending to.

As mentioned, the 'Amount' field describes the exact output.

Fees are being added to this amount when sending the transaction.

You also have the option to preview the transaction before signing/broadcasting it ('preview' button).
There you will be able to see the exact addresses, amounts and fee of the transaction before sending it.

Just write "0.0409118" on the Amount field. If you have enough balance to send this exactly amount + the recommended fees, the "Send" button will be clickable. If it isn't, it means that you either have to lower the amount or choose to pay fewer fees.

In this case, you can pull the fees slider to the left until you can, or choose your fees manually. For this, you can go to "Tools" -> "Preferences" -> checkmark "Edit fees manually" and write how much you want to pay on fees.

How to find amount of fees when sending BTC? For example need to send 0.0409118 btc, Electrum wallet shows fee 15.8 sat/byte - so how to check which amount I have to send so recipient would get exactly 0.0409118 ?
